abbiamo scelto una sistemazione con booking cod 4075860199 siamo stati raggirati da una gentile richiesta di un cambio di piano, abbiamo accettato, purchè alle stesse condizioni. Ma all'arrivo la sistemazione era diversa camera scura senza finestra piccolo bagno, cucina in comune, il tutto due gradini sotto il piano cortile, ci è stata rilasciata una ricevuta "bed & cooking" ma quella struttura non c'era in booking., poi causa problemi di salute mi sono fermata altri 2 gg e la ricevuta era con un altro nome. mi vien da pensare che non è la prima volte che capita. Posso dimostrare quanto scritto con ricevute e vari whatsapp

easy to check in, close to the center. there is a bike parking place nearby and with 2 euro one can be anywhere in the city in less than 10 min. This is amazing.

The small cafe close to the house.

In description was no information about the neighbors in the flat! We were really surprised as we found out, that we rent only a tiny room with one bed inside (for 120 euro plus tourist task) and that we shared the kitchen and dining room with other customers! So I was awake at 7 o'clock because the neighbor made a coffee with machine wich was very loud! The place is very far from center, no supermakt close to it. The bathroom was also tiny and old. It was loud outside, a big clinic in front of the house and the main road was noisy. And it was also cold in the night, when I asked the Host how to make it warm, she told me that it is unpossible. The air-condition didn't work also.

The owner offers coffee and a little snack (Fette Biscottate). So, if you're looking for an accommodation with a good breakfast, it's not the wisest choice.

The location is quite far from the city center but you can get easily there by bus (the bus station is very close). I like to walk so I preferred it most of the times. The lady who cleans the apartment is not doing a very good job. I have pictures with dust near bed. I think the owner should find another lady who cleans better.

Quiet location, AC was useful, cleaning was good.

Kitchen has almost no equipment - no wooden spoon, salt, pepper, oil, knives were so dull I had to try to sharpen them, handles on pan and pot were very loose so I tightened them. The "& Cooking" part is misleading at least. Communication with the host - some answers like "No !" and "Morning!!" seemed rude a bit to me.

Brilliant accommodation! Clean, quiet and with good location. I did not meet with Stefania face to face, but I think she is very nice. Everything we have solved through WhatsApp.
