Love the location!

Keyless entry is always fantastic

loved the heated floor, made a huge difference. coffe brand was very nice too The view from the back was lovely.

the beds were too short. the king is not the standard length for a king (I have one at home). made sleeping very uncomfortable. others also complained the Queen bed was short. Also, having to strip the beds is not in keeping with the cost of the stay. I found this quite annoying actually; this is the role of the cleaner

Loved the welcome hamper of coffee, bottle of wine and Toblerone. The kitchen utilities and utensils were exceptionally well stocked. The underfloor heating in the loungeroom was so good it kept the whole house warm and cosy, I was getting about in shorts and a shirt inside, so nice. The door code for front door access was also super convenient, no worrying about where your keys or keycards are, who has them, who doesn't. And we saw a wombat right outside the property, super awesome.

Location was excellent. Convenient parking and access. Comfortable bedding. Big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and great cooking facilities/utensils. Spacious - Separate lounge and dining areas and lovely outdoor area.

I think the coffee machine needs a service, the milk function was not working very well. But thank you for the complimentary capsules!

SMS door code system is brilliant

This is our 4th visit and the 2nd time the washing machine was broken so when you are there for a week with family mountain biking it makes it really inconvenient. The maintenance guys came over and we’re great however they were not able to fix it. These things should not happen like this especially as it has happened before, the hosts charge high money they should spend some and replace the washing machine.

Good location, nice clean apartment that was comfortable and had everything we needed. Underfloor heating was nice after a day on the slopes

Couldn’t start the fire, and after trying to contact the host by the number that was left, they did not get back to us during the 5 day stay. Tv in bedroom could not get reception, although we didn’t raise this problem as we didn’t really have a need for it. Putting the linen in linen bags at the end of the stay due to ‘Covid’ seems like Covid has been used as an excuse to complete work the accommodation should undertake. We stayed in 3 other places on our trip, and this was not required at any of them. Would have thought the price paid for the accommodation would mean the linen would be taken care of!

Plates and glasses were not cleaned properly from the previous guests which was disappointing
