Great central location, comfortable beds, well laid out and spacious living area. Great that there’s an extra TV in the kids room!

Not an issue with the property, but it may be helpful for others to know that it is a little difficult to find! We were texted an address and told an email would arrive with full directions but this never arrived. The car space is actually in the Thredbo Alpine Hotel carpark and this property is behind/above the T-Bar Restaurant (accessed using the steps next to the T-bar Restaurant). So be aware luggage needs to be carried up stairs and a fair way from the car (though 15 min parking is available along Mowamba Place itself).

The accommodation is very central and greatly appointed (loved the heated bathroom floors!).

There was rubbish from previous tenants that hadn’t been removed in the kitchen and an empty yoghurt pouch stuck in the slats of the bunk beds. The noise also travels a lot from the stairwell and flat upstairs.

Position of property in village

Agent had given me the incorrect pin no so I had to call for correct one. No name on building & hard to find. No one to ask, as no one around. Great confusion on where to park & unload. No gas for Webber BBQ No tea/coffee provided. No body wash in containers in shower.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of Thredbo Village. The apartment is good and well fitted, particularly for skiing I'm sure. The kitchen included everything we needed and is really nicely laid out. It was strangely cold for summer in Thredbo and the heating in the apartment is excellent. There is loads of storage space in each room. The drying space, too, is a great bonus.

Unfortunately the apartment wasn't well-cleaned - there were dead flies on window sills, ants in the kitchen (pot of sugar), and used tissues under one of the beds. To be fair, the agents were quick to send someone around to clean up but they only did a quick fix. The main bedroom is a bit of a squeeze for space. The washer/dryer didn't really dry for us.

Location was great - right next to the bakery! - and a few minutes walk to chair lift.

Noise from upstairs apartment. Shame there's only 1 car space for an apartment that sleeps 8.

Amazing accomodation right in the centre of the village square. Coffee Shop/bakery/supermarket downstairs. Pub a 2 minute stumble away. Comfy beds, spacious apartment with all the mod cons. Plenty to keep angsty teenagers amused. Would definately stay again. Do yourself a favour and have a steak at Zac's Grill downstairs
