Great location, aqua park facilities for all ages, the food was most of the time very tasty - we loved the Egyptian “specialties”, lovely and friendly animator team, plenty of loungers/cabanas around the beach and pool, live music on certain days at dinner really made our evening special

Upon arrival there seemed to be a “problem” with my (Egyptian) husband’s IDs as they were all in English, not in Arabic. The receptionists after around 15 mins apologised for the issue and offered us an “upgraded”room. We originally booked a sea view family room but the upgrade was a ground floor family suite. We were allowed to choose which room we wanted but the sea view room was on a corridor where they were redecorating most of the rooms (drilling, painting, ladder on the corridor just like a building site) just opposite and next to the one they offered to us so we accepted the ground floor suite with no view and a lot darker rooms. It was a bit weird start of our holiday, i would have probably complained if we were offered only that sea view room because they should not accommodate guests where construction workers do their job throughout the day next door. When our holiday came to its end, i went to the reception to hand back the door key cards and one of the receptionists (who was making an issue about my husband’s IDs at the beginning) asked me to sit down with him in the lobby and write a 10/10 review on to Booking!!! Excuse me? I was in shock but he kept asking me to sit down with him and write at least a 9/10 review. I was absolutely fuming, i understood then why this hotel has so many brief, almost identical 10/10 reviews, these are probably dictated to the guests…We have stayed in Hurghada at least in 15+ different hotels and all i can say this is a good value hotel with great facilities but with a maximum 8,5/10 rating compared to other hotels in this city. The receptionists make the first and last impression about the hotel for the guests, please give them a proper training on customer service skills, at the moment it’s 1/10 on my scale. Apart from this experience, the hotel staff and animation team were great and made us forget about the negatives.

A perfect get away. The hotel is on a great spot of the coast line. It had a lagoon at the hotel where you can swim with very quiet beach, no waves or tides, perfect for kids and extremely tranquile for adults. Pool was heated, staff were very friendly and nice. Rooms and pools were very clean. The aqua park was amazing. I loved the place so as my kid. I would definitely undoubtfully book at Gravity Hurghada again & again.

Animation team was fun and creative. They had a wonderful color festival on 2nd day, but only adults held the colors, kids wanted to join throwing colors at each other. Every night after dinner, there were stage shows next to the kid activities which were joyful & playful. Overall they were amusing, but there is always room for improvement.

Brilliant

Very friendly and proffesional staff. Very helpful anywhere and at any time. Our room was perfect and the sea view was spectacular. We had a lot of fun with our 18 months old baby and looking forward to our next visit here!

Despite the evident low number of Reception staff, host receptionist was nice and trying to be helpful as possible.

Hygiene at restaurant. Cleanliness of room bathroom. Number of hotel residents was exceeding capacity. There were bugs and insects inside the pool. There were’t enough towels for a double bedroom. Beds were only having mattress protectors without sheets.
