Diese wunderbare 3 BR / 1. 5 BA Home ist komfortabel eingerichtet und liegt perfekt zwischen dem State Park Beach in Easy Bay (1,5 Blocks entfernt) und dem TART Trail. Der TART-Trail ist ein 10,5 Meilen langer, asphaltierter Trail, der von der Ostseite von Traverse City bis zur Westseite verläuft und dort mit dem Leelanau-Trail verbunden ist. Unsere Gäste springen gerne auf den TART Trail und fahren mit dem Fahrrad zum Put-Put-Golf, zum Wasserpark oder zu verschiedenen nahe gelegenen Restaurants. Gehen oder radeln Sie den Bürgersteig zum State Park Beach, wo Sie blaues Wasser, kilometerlangen Sandstrand und einen Spielplatz für die Kinder finden. Das Haus wurde gerade mit Teppich, Farbe, frisch lackiertem Holzboden, Fliesen und Möbeln renoviert. Es verfügt über eine geräumige Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie sich mit Freunden und der Familie treffen können.

The house was very nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook. Good pans!
The hosts were very nice and helpful and even agreed to send something that we left behind. It was also very close to the lake which of course the kids loved! And close enough to walk into town. All in all a great experience!

4 siblings and 1 spouse attending our annual family reunion, very nice and conveniently located house to stay in, we used the TART trail as well and could walk to the beach for a morning dip. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was very well set up for a family weekend getaway. The beach was an easy walk (about 2 blocks), and restaurants were a short drive away. The neighborhood is quiet.

We have a large family and this house was a perfect get away for us. So close to Lake Michigan and only 30 minutes from Torch Lake. It was amazing, our kids didn't want to leave. We definitely will be staying again when we visit Traverse City.

The property was perfect for our family! We loved the bunk beds so our older kids could hang together! Loved that it was close to the Tart trail. We rented bikes and getting around via the trail was super easy! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and fit our needs!
Had to buy batteries for tv remote, and the trash can outside was overfilling when we arrived. An animal got into it that night.

Location was great for biking the TART trail with access 1/2 a block away. Also convenient for dropping in the kayaks and laying on the beach at the State Park Beach. Also close to the airport for anyone flying in without a rental car, though getting a Uber would be needed to get groceries. Owners were very responsive.

This listing was everything we needed for our visit to traverse city. We did not spend much time in the house itself due to planned events and outdoor activities. Kitchen was mostly stocked up & easy to navigate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Appreciated our trip!

My friends and I stayed at this lovely home while visiting Traverse City. We loved the location (not too far from downtown, Mission Point, and the TART trail was at the end of the street), the size of the home (fine for 6 women), the cleanliness and decor, the deck in the backyard, the size of the kitchen, and the quick response to texts from the owners. Our family had a great time. This house was good for small kids since there are no stairs. Location was good for walking to the beach. Slight musty smell, but everything was clean. Lots of extra towels and blankets were nice to have as well.

This was a great choice for 2 couples and 2 children. The kids loved their bunk beds. Having 2 sets of bunk beds let each of them sleep on the top bunk which they thought was pretty cool. The kitchen was easy to cook in. It had Everything we needed. The grill and the deck in the back with furniture was a nice surprise.

My friends and I booked this property for our girls weekend. We loved the property and the location was perfect! The owners were fantastic! We had an issue with the keys and they came out to fix the problem right away.We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. The house is so cute and was clean, except for cobwebs near ceiling at back door. And the living room rug needed to be vacuumed. A few more lights or lamps would be great.
