The apartment was quiet, comfortable, with quirky decor. There were many additional touches that the owner had made which were lovely and thoughtful. The images were accurate. Location was ok - in a quiet area with a 15 min walk to the centre. Check-in was straightforward.

The apartment was wonderful, however communication with the owner was poor. Our flight to Edinburgh was cancelled due to weather and rebooked 24hours later. I informed Karin that we would be a day late and asked her a question related to our travel insurance and she never responded at all.

The apartment was filled with luxurious, comfortable, amusing furnishings. Location was terrific--walkable from the airport bus drop-off point and from Waverly train station. It was located just a couple of blocks from Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile, a small food store, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed the quirky decor, the facilities and the location.

Picked up at adjacent hotel reception as per instructions.

It was lovely. She had put out and provided lots of things which made it very special. One thing is swimming pool and gym is in the hotel next door. Also she had loads of lamps and lights so you could make it suit the Light levels you want for any occasion. Bath robes and slippers were provided...I would love to know the make and where they came from as they were wonderfully cosy. The whole apartment was entertaining and cosy. Best and most interestingly fun apartment I have ever stayed in.

Elevator opens and closes instantly so be aware and get in and out speedily but that is down to maintenance of the apartments so nothing the owner of the apartments can do about that just a warning. Doors to get into the entrance are heavy so would need someone else with you if you were a wheelchair user to keep open the doors to get yourself in as they are firedoors.

Fantastic accommodation in a brilliant location. Really lovely attention to detail and the decor is fabulous.

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect.

The decor was fab. Quirky, elegant and luxurious. the property was immaculately clean and had everything you’d need to live in the property comfortable. The location is brilliant, ideal for exploring the city on foot and having a parking space for the car was an added bonus, as well as the having the pass for the gym, pool and spa in the neighbouring hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. We had the best of experiences there.

Everything about this place is amazing. It is even better than the pictures. Location was amazing. Host was in constant contact with us all the way. If this is available at the time you are booking my honest recommendation would be to jump at it quick. You will not be disappointed.

The apartment is awesome. A home away from home. Second time there. At arrival cold water in the fridge and some apples and chocolates. Check in is very easy. Location is great, walking distance from everything.
