Big villa, nice location, public pool, very quiet and nice atmosphere

The guards in the gate very annoying and not pleasant

We really enjoyed the closeness to the center of town, the pool was so great. The temperature was amazing, we really like to be able to sit out front in the morning and have our coffee. We would love very much to return again sometime. We went for many walks during the day and much swimming in the evening. Thank you

Outstanding value for the money. Great A/C, beds comfortable. Safe and quiet and near the far end of complex. Nice pool but a bit of a walk away. Got noisy and more crowded on weekends - lotsa families with lotsa kids in the pool. A bit of a walk to the beach and the better restaurants - about 15 minutes.. Nice fridge, functioning larger hot plate with lotsa plates, glasses and utensils. Key -- I would stay here again.

Some of the dishes were dirty. Would have been nice to have more than one towel and some more linens --- granted I was one person. Had to buy a beach towel. Some of the gate people were a bit aggressive about entering and exiting ---- sometimes I was waived right in; other times I was given a hard time. But I guess that's what makes the location safer.

Very close to the beach, very much information with whatsapp chat with the owner. A little bit hard to find if you don't use waze (we had google maps). The beds are very hard and this is something every one likes different. We had towels and toilet paper even if it was said in some description before that this wouldn't be there. Thank you for that :-) Nice place if you look for something affordable in Jaco :-)

The pool was closing early at 8 pm but this is about the closed community.
