Der Durchlauferhitzer in der Dusche produzierte kein warmes Wasser. Der im Bad schon, aber der Brauseschlauch sollte mindestens 2m lang sein, damit man sich nicht in gebückter Haltung duscht.

Big room, clean, nice view, comfortable

Water tap in the bath tub .. should be repaired as the water is so small .. i have to take bath at the 2nd bathroom.

from the moment of checked in procedure, very confusing and the hassle we got when the parking access card isn’t working which leads to our touch n go card being charged nearly hundred ringgit for parking fee. the house is not properly maintain, many plugs power points malfunction and no bed in 2nd room, only mattress was on the floor. No iron board and small tower (old and soggy)

Staff is helpful. He willing buy a new hair dryer (existing spoil) and troubleshoot the WiFi connection issue.

Room is not ready for people to stay. Hope that have improvement for future.

The house would require better maintenance, and if possible provide 2 sets of keys

no bed only mattress in one of the bed room, no fan in one of the bed room

Location

The parking card is not working. The apartment states can accomodate 8 pax, but only has 2 rooms. 2 rooms for 8 pax, how do you expect us to be comfortable?
