Convenient location approx 15 min from airport and 7 min to popular Palm Beach. Many local tour groups operate nearby. Ample parking if you have a rental. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly with a couple supermarkets down the street. Kitchen had everything you need to make basic meals if desired. Apartment was clean and had plenty towels available for beach and pool. Property pool is deeper than expected and cold, very refreshing after a hot day on the ATVs or beach. Host was incredibly friendly and welcoming and also gave us space when we were home. There are 2 dogs and 3 cats on property who greeted us at their own intervals during our stay - all were sweet and social.

I read the reviews prior to booking and was aware there was no hot water in the shower. It didn’t ruin our trip but it we did miss having hot showers. The host also reminded us there is no hot water when he greeted us at check in.

The property was very quiet and private. The host Frank was very nice and his pet family of booster and charlie(dogs) and peppa and George (cats) were great and comforting. I would recommend this place 100 times over one of the big resorts as long as you have a rental car.

The location was excellent. Frank was attentive and kind during my stay. When I’m visiting Aruba again- I’ll definitely stay here.

Frank was an amazing host. Since I didn't rent a car, he offered to pick me up from the airport. Upon arriving I was greeted by my new buddies, his dogs Buster and Charlie. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the basic you'll need for your stay. The pool was clean and comfortable, and lit with a nice blue hue at night (great for evening pics.) Thank you Frank for all your help, even when I missed my departure flight. Frank brought me back and I was able to stay an extra day! A truly great birthday vacation.

This is a great place to stay. If we wanted to spend 5 times the amount of money to stay at a crowded resort, we would have. We chose to spend very little for a comfortable, quiet place with our own private pool. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, in a remote location but still only a few minute's drive to Palm Beach and the high rise area. Frank is a gracious host that respects your privacy but is always available when needed. His dogs Booster and Charlie are very friendly, along with the Cat To Be Named Later. We will come back again!
