It's near the mall and very convenient.. there's hot water in the room.. staff let me store the luggage at the hotel..they provide towels, bathrobe, hair dryer..

The room is very small.. won't be able to fit 2 big size people.. price is expensive for a small room.. the bed was like super single size..just a bit bigger.. we almost fell on the floor lol.. There are too many rules to follow :( Breakfast is very simple. No buffet but they serve u eggs, bread, sausages and coffee..the coffee is nice though. when checking in the staff hesitated to help with the luggage.. if u bring a lot of luggage, this is not the place u wanna stay.. nobody is going to help u with the luggage.. Staff also don't speak much English so I have to use google translate.. and also they don't know any information about the tourist places we plan to go.. :(

Perhaps the smallest room I ever had in a hotel. But still cozy and there was everything I needed except for a bottle of water. There are some good restaurants nearby, one even next door. Also there's a shopping mall on the opposite side of the road.

The room was spacious (Double room).

- The staff was extremely rude with negative body language, pretending to be least bothered about your concerns and comfort. They would roll eyes and shrug shoulders even if you highlight basics like no water in room, no wifi, electricity failure or room cleaning. - There was no water in bathroom (both wash basin & shower area) on day 2. We had to waste until 1pm to take shower before we could go out. And no electricity for 30 minutes. There is no power back up. - The breakfast is terrible. Its not a breakfast, its an insult to the guest. The breakfast is served in a plastic tray which needs to be picked by yourself from a counter. Breakfast includes 2-3 pieces of tiny bread & butter, 3 thin cucumber slices, 3 thin cucumber slices and butter. Cappuchino or latte is not included, you need to pay extra. - There is NO daily housekeeping. Room cleaning is done once after 3 days. So be prepared to use the same bath towels and bed linens for 3 days. (In booking.com website, it states that daily cleaning is available). - Wi-Fi connectivity is poor and gets disconnected often. It is NOT suitable to work from home. ITS A HOSTEL, DISGUISED AS A HOTEL.

Good wi-fi, good breakfast available in the adjoining small cafe (with friendly staff), bed very comfortable. Shared bathroom spotless and curtain screening around shower areas which essentially make it private for changing etc. Lashing of hot water. Towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided as standard. Can not fault the hotel's cleanliness. Hotel is also handy for town centre and also near bus stops for public bus (#92) to airport (better than expensive taxis) and long-distance bus station.

Disconcerting to have glass-panelled door into the room, would have preferred solid door as other guests can tell of one's presence in the room and it allows too much light into the room during the night. I had to use towels etc to block out some of the light.
