The owner Aida(I hope the name is spelt correct), the rooms.However, Aida was so kind that she allowed us the use of her kitchen sink, the drinking water facility from her filter and the use of her washing machine and drier. It was more like staying with a family or a good friend than in a rented accommodation. She was there to help us with anything we needed. We were staying in the Arab area of Jerusalem city. We felt very secure and safe.

The kitchen that was assigned to us was a bit small .

A really big house, nice parking, helpful owner, allowed us to wash and take fresh water, provided a hairdryer. Thank you!

We couldn't find it but the owner helped us. Just I wouldn't offer a kitchen if there is no water and you have to always wash the dishes in the bathroom. Also there was a bit noise from the flat upstairs- kids running and stomping late night and early morning. We left the room early morning and come only to sleep.

Everything - it was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Aida was the most helpful, charming hostess.

Everything - Aida was the kindest, most helpful hostess, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The Garden of Gethsemane, Mount of Olives and holocaust memorial are close by.

The place was PERFECT for us as a family, with a double bedroom and a twin room. The location is not perfect because the walk from the old town is a bit long, on the other hand the plus is that is very spacious, stylish modern (let say a separate part of the upper middle class apartment shared by the owner). the cherry on the cake is the owner: Aida is a traveled middle age lady that speaks very good English and understand the needs of visitors. she was super friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected, the racy driver couldn’t locate the exact location, and in the end she came to pick us up! wonderful luxury treatment! Little tip: be wiser than we were and be absolutely clear about he exact location (which is just in front from what it says on bookings.con, but at night you can’t ask around and unless you have a local SIM card or you are happy to spend a fortune in roaming, you can’t connect). Just ask Aida in advance!

We were there with two kids and was nice. Owner is super nice she even came for us because we couldn’t find the place. (Thank you dear!!!)

We had just issues with hot water, it’s just difficult to set up right temperature. When we finally get that we have been run out or hot water:))
