Near Haram, good price for this location Cleaning is ok, wifi coverage is acceptable, parking during my journey always there was a spot

Cutting water supply for 24h. I think it was an emergency issue, rather than this everything was ok. I hope I can repeat the journey soon.

بخصوص الفندق كان القرب من الحرم اكثر ما شجعني على الاقامة

الهاتف في العرف لم أستطع الإتصال بالاستقبال كذلك مستلزمات الغرفة من شاي سكر وغيره وماء غير متوفرة دورة المياه لايوجد صابون ولا مستلزمات الحمام

Staff not attentive from reception to house keeping , At the reception no first comes served . No parking provided & security asking 20 per day . Cleanliness is good & the value .

Location is Good, we could see the Haram from the Windows. There are enough Elevators to ease us for up & down. Room were cleaned and room services was available swiftly. MacDonald is under the Building. Parking slot was given to me. Beds were clean and comfortable. I think all was ok and recommended to others and myself as well to stay again for future. Not Very Specific, Just kind request to maintain the Ac filters & windows cleaning on regular bases to avoid future major problems.

الميزة الوحيده بالفندق قربه من المسجد النبوي

مواقف السيارات ضيقه جداً وغير ملائمة ويتم تجميع القمامه بها ورائحتها سيئة جداً تهالك أثاث الغرفة وكان مقبض زجاج الغرفه مكسور والزجاج مفتوح لا يغلق بالدور 9 ومعي أطفال رائحة الغرفة لا تطاق بسبب رائحة الصرف بدورة المياه تم تاخير استلام الغرفه حتى 5 مساء نتيجة الزحام وكثرة المعتمرين وعدم وجود غرف متاحه عدم تعاون العمال لنقل العفش الخاص بي وعدم وجود تنظيم بالفندق لا انصح به على الاطلاق ولن أعود له مره أخري وليس قيمه مقابل سعر توجد فنادق بقيمة مقاربه أفضل بكثير

There was no facility provided in the room when we went to the room when I asked staff, behalf very rough and told me to aske reception. AC was not working, very hot, on complain they change the room and told us it will be fine but no same condition hardly sleep then in the following mornning they change the room gave us 6th floor this time room AC was working but maintainnace work started early mornning on the next floor very noicy drilling and hammering sound all mornning, its like torcher us, when I asked one of the service boy He loughed on me instead sort the problem out then we decided to leave the hotel and asked mannager to cancilled our remainnig booking we checked out next day instead they compnsate us they cut more money from my remaining balnce that we paid bank charges. Very very bed experience though I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at the moment. In the near future may be improved after this updating work is finished..

The closeness to the masjid also staff at desk always helpful and always responsive

In need of renovation however while I was there I noticed a lot of renovation going on.

Room was not same as shown in pics, was much smaller. There is high noise of ACs from other building in top floor. Avoid higher floors in this hotel. Also none of the amenities mention on booking.com were available in room (no chair, no electric kettle etc)
