Jenny & Leo were very kind and accommodating - they went above & beyond from the very beginning. Their accommodation was top notch with amazing views; the bed was very comfortable. It was a little piece of luxury and would highly recommend staying here. It’s well situated and only a short walk to good food (Redoubt at The Strand & Bar Centrale).

Every aspect was absolutely fabulous from the location to the very plentiful breakfast and of course the hosts. I woukd absolutely recommend this to anyone.

I like that it was so warm and clean. I would just add a bit of scent. But it might not be for everyone. It was nice and cosy. I was going out, but the host offered me a glass of wine anyway. I think it was very welcoming. Very friendly and patient if you don't know something they will explain. They spend their time waiting for you, which is preciseless since every min counts when you travel. I loved lots of fruits and bread butter and variety of spreads for breakie. Lots of food you can choose for breakfast.

I didn't like that the spa did not work. And I thought that the dust mice were in bed as I am always sensitive to it... It was probably not used for a while and they didn't air it. In Tauranga or in NZ it's very humid, so lots of houses have the same problem. It's just the climate.

The breakfast selection was exceptional.

Lack of a sink

The breakfast provided was over and above what we were expecting. The bathroom was immaculate and clean. The apartment was spotless and clean. Parking was secure and and onsite. BEAUTIFUL VIEW Great booking in system. Felt very secure, safe and private.

A basin/sink to wash our dishes would have been awesome. Felt awful washing them in the bathroom.

The place was made for Kings and Queens it was absolutely fantastic 💜 It was Leo he made us feel welcomed. Thank you because this is the place I will be booking my VIP overseas visitors into instead of a motel, big difference and I've learnt to pay at the time of booking for peace of mind.. I loved it here 🌿

Having to leave and I forgot to leave my business card and brochure to put in their blue information booklet. I will leave my business card on our next stay. I didn't take any photos only of the yummy breakfast food that I started eating when I arrived because of that view. 😁

The Breakfast was really lovely, lots of choice. The hosts really thought of everything that would be needed. WE loved how Leo came down to great us and helped us with our bags. Even had a cold glass of Chardonnay which was delicious after our long drive.

The Top Of The Town was perfect. A great location, so near to the waterfront and restaurants. Very comfortable king size bed with lovely linen. Nice fluffy white towels. The continental breakfast was exceptionally good. The Hosts were so friendly and we appreciated the lovely little extra touches they gave. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were able to check in early, that was really helpful. This is a great apartment that is an easy walk to restaurants. Lovely views and having breakfast included was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly host, let us know all the information that we needed. Beautifully clean and well appointed. Followed all the Covid protocols which was reassuring. Very close to bars and restaurants. Would definetly recommend.
