The apartment was clean when we arrived and it is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. It is well communicated and it's easy to get to the centre of the city

The weather was hot so we had to have the windows open and the noise from the street was annoying. There wasn't any toilet paper. The shower system could be better

the property had everything we needed and it was so beautiful.

I think the only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the apartment was all the way at the top of the building, it just got too hot to walk up them steps lol

Room was as described. Enough room for 3 people to stay, with clean towels and bedding

Home was very dirty. Keys were difficult to retrieve, and I receive WAY too many messages, with repeats from all the different sites (booking, houst, modern spaces) before and during the trip. I would not use this service again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! By far the WORST owner/property managing team. My family (wife, daughter and me) had a horrible check-in experience for 2 nights. I arrived at the property at 10:30pm and found keys to my unit from a lockbox. However, no common entry door fob was available. Unable to enter the property around midnight. Called and spoke with the guest support team for 45 minutes (mostly on hold). No help was available to enter the property. I was advised to get a hotel to stay for the night. On the second day, I received an email asking if I would stay at the property and they would send me a fob. I replied yes, asking for the fob to be stored in the lockbox. I went back to the property on my second night around 9:30pm. Still no fob was found in the lockbox. Again my family was in the dark, standing outside the common door, unable to get in. Eventually a neighbor kindly let us in through the common entry door. I emailed the owner/property managing team asking for hotel and taxi reimbursement on my second day. I have not received my refundable security deposit nor the first night's reimbursement -- It has been 10 days with no resolution. I do not recommend booking this property. If anything goes wrong, I do not think they would help you out at all as no help was available to me. I liked the location of the property... close to bus stops, 2 tube stations and convenience stores. It took me 10-25 minutes to go around London on public transportation. The property was fairly clean but small. Bathroom did not have any shampoo or rinse. Bath towels were nice. It gets hot during the day due to no a/c. Internet connectivity was intermittent.
