Just next to Masjid Jamek LRT @ MRT station. Got lot of food premises around property. Got KK Mart 24 hours shop just opposite the property.
Since I am a regular customer of this property, I don’t have so much to complain about. Just for my recent trip, one of the lights inside the bathroom is broken and I think it is only a small issue for me not worth to make a complaint. And for cleanliness, I don’t expect it to achieve the standard cleanliness like 5 stars property but at least enough to make me comfortable as I have an eczema.

La ubicación es buena y está frente a la estación de metro. La chica que nos atendió por la noche muy amable. La relación precio calidad no es buena ya que por pocos dólares más en Kuala Lumpur accedes a muchos mejores lugares
Poco mantenimiento, un tanto sucio, la ducha no era cómoda, olor a humedad, no hay ventanas, muy pequeña la habitación.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, right next to the train station and lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. It really is good value for money (we got a booking.com discount).
Unfortunately the bathroom ventilation didn’t work, the room had a strange smell (we got used to it) and the water dispenser on the top floor didn’t work.

Great location, next to subway station and at walking distance from both chinatown and the Twin Towers!
Since the railway is elevated, it can be a bit noisy at night. For us it was fine, but for someone with a child may be important.

Cama cómoda, todo limpio, cambiaban las toallas todos los días, la ubicación del hotel perfecta está muy cerca del metro y de plaza Merdeka y queriendo puedes alcanzar casi todos los sitios andando.
Las habitaciones que dan a la calle (como la mia) son ruidosa por el tráfico y el metro que te pasa a 4 metros de la ventana. Igual con las ventanas cerrada muy bien pero para la gente con oídos muy sensibles mejor que pidan una habitación interior.

you have hot water, kettle and nice beds, staff is nice and it’s a nice location where you can walk to most attractions.
We found cockroaches and asked for a big clean, but unfortunately it didn’t help and we still found more. but also saw them in the city at night, so definitely a problem for Kuala Lumpur in general.

every day the room is cleaned up, you are getting fresh towels.... you can have a nice view from the terrace on the roof.

Very very small room. Window on the street .... terrible ☹️.... terribly loud. The subway outside the window wakes you up at 6 am. Bikes race at night! Massacre, you just don't sleep!

I like how close the hotel with the station, the staffs also very nice, everyone including the cleaning staff. I stayed for almost a week, i didn't encounter any unpleasant moment there, the corridor smells good, the room is so clean, the rooftop also has a nice ambience, close to food stalls etc. For a very good hotel ambience and location, the price they offered was great. overall very satisfied, hoping that they can maintain the service and the affordable price for the longest time. Recommended!

This place is so close with lrt, mcd, masjid jamek, dataran merdeka.
The room is a lil cramp, we have to push the queen bed towards the wall just so we can have enough space to perform solat. Aside, everything is good enough for the price.

The room was filthy and smelly. There were stains on the towels and bed head. It was disgusting, looked as if someone vomitted there. There was a terrible stink coming from bed head, curtains, bathroom.
