Highly recommended Belmot hotel very clean friendly staff, Lovely breakfast .Would recommend this hotel to family and friend .Thank u very much having in your hotel.

The location and sea view. Room was large and great facilities.

Room was warm but can't be helped as windows didnt open far and we were provided with a fan. carpet needed replacing. Breakfast was a bit expensive.

in a great location was a bit noisy but not all the time, if booking a sea view you expect noise.

Christopher was so helpful and all staff we encountered were friendly and offered local insights. Location was excellent. Rooms were tasteful though small.

Parking will always be an issue so must be prepared to make allowances. Staff very helpful. Rooms very small but balcony room was a great addition overlooking the whole bay

medication went missing out of the room while we were out for the day. Was reported but no concerns were raised by the staff until check out the next day. Luckily we went home the next day as there would not have been enough medication for our stay

Modern & contemporary

So.....hotel was closed due to boiler failure and were contacted by the hotel by phone previous day. We were accommodated is sister hotel Llandudno Bay which was superb. Beautiful hotel and staff amazing. Harriet on reception was so helpful and professional and evening bar staff were brilliant. We brought a dog with us who was very welcomed by all staff and guests also, dog bowl and blanket were supplied by the hotel whucj is fabulous. Thanks so much for a great stay. Will definitely be booking again.

Very modern hotel, lovely staff on reception. Loved the generous treats in the room, which were very much appreciated.

The view from our room was not great. However, we spend a lot of our time walking and enjoying the Town. Also, the hotel has a lovely bar/eating area , instead of staying in your room, you can use this with fantastic views of the sea.

Hotel was clean, could smell it was clean as soon as you walk through the doors. Beds were comfy & rooms spotless. Brilliant location everything you need around. Nice bar in hotel which is lovely and quite and relaxing.

We were in room 110 and we had what we believe might've been a generator right outside our room window which was going off all night. House keepers were really loud outside our room at 7.30am deciding who were cleaning where.( But what an amazing job they do)

Excellent location for beach, pier, town centre and Great Orme. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that restaurant wasn't open for meals in the evening but there were plenty of alternatives around. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Staff great, location great, even parking was no trouble. Our doggy was also welcomed well by all staff. Cannot fault anything & would defo stay again.
