The location, the staff were friendly and lovely, the property itself was just very well maintained. It was clean and modern.

The shower in the room was handheld, looks like they was nearly finishing the bathroom with the small things but a proper shower would have been better.

Great location very clean property the staff fantastic . Great value for money. Definitely stop again looking forward to our next trip.

Great location with a lovely sunny outside garden area away from the busy main shopping area but close to everything. Amazing value for money when you factor in the breakfast cooked to order. Friendly staff and comfy bed. A returning customer so they must be doing something right.

The bed was super comfy. I loved the abundance of tea, coffee and milk in the room. Wifi was strong. Breakfast was really huge and fantastic, very tasty. Location was great.

All the steep, narrow stairs were a bit difficult for my elderly parents, but we did book last minute so there wasn't much option of room it seemed. Staff were fairly dry but not unpleasant. It was difficult to park much of the time, but that wasn't the hotel's fault!

The breakfast was great, nicest poached egg I've had at any hotel. The location was fab for the pier and would definitely return.

The parking wasn't the best had to park about 1 mile away but wasn't the hotels fault it's just a very busy location.

The room was to small and hot having no window was to warm to sleep in. This was our choice of room as only used for sleeping but will learn not to book it again ..mattress needs changing to many springs.

I booked single room ideal for solo hiking the Wales Coast path. Staff were friendly, lovely building, nice little room with good TV and nice big shower, clean enough, I slept well. And a great breakfast, which they kindly put in my lunch box for the journey... Highly recommended!

Excellent location very close to the pier. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My room was very clean and comfortable and the food was very good. I will definitely stay there again.

One minor thing was that there wasn't any drawers for clothes storage in my room.

Breakfast was fantastic, with gluten free options sorted with absolutely no fuss.

The property is basic enough, good value for money though, excellent breakfast and outstanding staff. Violet at breakfast time was so attentive, friendly and great conversation.

You get what you pay for, so because this was reasonably cheap, I have no complaints.

Staff were very helpful and took our luggage up to our room which we would have had difficulty doing because of the steep and narrow staircase.

The smell coming from the bathroom and there was no where to put your tooth brush and glass. I didn’t like the idea of the tray on the back of the toilet.

Second stay at the Post House. Another wonderful stay. Very comfortable rooms, snug and warm, clean and quiet hotel. Fantastic staff who are all so keen to help. All very polite and hardworking. Gorgeous breakfast too!

We loved the bar of the property and the outside space. The staff were friendly & location was perfect.

The room was very small, and the bathroom was a struggle due to size but for the price it was absolutely fine.

They had 1 really good member of staff, I can’t remember her name. She had red hair & couldn’t be more helpful.

Rooms are in desperate need of being updated, All the other staff expect the girl with the red hair seemed as though they couldn’t even be bothered speaking to you, we asked for more toilet roll & was ignored constantly by a very ignorant lady.
