Friendly staff Nice clean and comfortable 👌

Everything was to our satisfaction.. staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. We came for a concert at the theatre and location was excellent.

Hotel is perfect location for Venue Cymru, only a three minute walk for me and a ten minute walk for my 90 year old mum. All the staff were very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Lovely and clean in all parts of the hotel. Comfortable bed with good coffee and tea facilities.

I wouldn’t Change or expect anything different.

Bed rather uncomfortable Chairs in bedroom could do with replacing. Bathroom door not very good.

Travelled to Llandudno for an outdoor concert in Colwyn Bay. Weather was shocking, got soaked to the skin.However this didn't stop me from having a ball.You just have to go with the flow.

Haven't been to Llandudno before but will definitely be going back for a longer stay at the Winchmore Hotel.Nothing to dislike.

Location is amazing! Definitely recommend a sea view room. Staff were really lovely and friendly! Breakfast was good too! I was worried about the parking, but we managed to get into the car park and even if we didn’t there is loads of parking on the front. Me and my daughter had a lovely stay and definitely plan to go again!

Very nice hotel situated on the promenade parking at the rear in its own car park very clean & comfortable room excellent cooked to order breakfast & you can order evening meal if required.

The hotel was in the perfect location and it was very clean. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

We had an annex room, which was a triple room, really large and spacious

You could hear the occupied room above ours, noisy floor boards. But not overwhelming.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the Winchmore is a very comfortable hotel. The facilities were excellent, the breakfasts were plentiful and beautifully cooked. We dined at the hotel a few evenings and found the menu very good value for money. .

We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Winchore again but would definitely upgrade to a better room. Although very comfortable the shower was far too small for comfort.

We liked everything specially the price. We will most definitely stay there again

Exceptional quality and service. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was superb. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I could fault.

Very thin walls - could hear the guests next door snoring. WiFi and phone signal dead spot.

Good breakfast, great variety and quick service. Room clean, great sea view although shower was intermittent and water temp fluctuated. Staff were very nice and friendly. Would recommend hotel.

Nice Hotel, it's on the seafront so very easy to find and explore the area from! Friendly staff and clean and warm room, excellent breakfast too!

Bed was a bit too small for me (I'm 6ft), but I managed to get comfy enough without too much trouble and it was my only minor quibble!
