The location of the room is very good. It's so convenient to take the subway.

I stayed there for 4 days, but the elevator broke down for 3 days 😖

Good internet connection and immediately next to the exit of the jubilee line. The staff was very helpful and tried to communicate very quickly to answer any questions. All the kitchen appliances were there for a short professional stay and two grocery stores are across the street to make your own food. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Walking distance to soho (15 -20 min) and everything else is close by with the tube. Lots of food options nearby if you don’t fancy cooking.

No airco, The apartment did get warm but fans are available .

We liked the fact that the property was centrally located around restaurants, food stores and Waterloo tube station.

I didn't like the clogged bathroom sink in the master bedroom. Please fix this issue: Room PP09. We also were not too fond of the flies circling the balcony. It turns out that the balcony was immediately above the rubbish bins from the restaurant down below.

Perfect location with the tube right outside the door. Clean and good rooms. Better than expected!

Broken window in the kitchen. Lack of basic things in the kitchen (sponge for washing dishes), basic spices (salt, pepper).

Apartment was very comfortable. Location was super.

If I had to be very fussy I would say the floors could be cleaner.

Great location with great food and markets around. Quickly accessible to Waterloo station and within walking distance of the London Eye and the Thames. Quick walk across the bridge and you’re at Big Ben and Parliament! Wonderful location, felt very safe on the streets in the neighborhood at night and with the security of the apartment building behind the gate and locked front door. wonderful staff provided a mid-stay cleaning for a moderate fee and refreshed our towels and linens. Perfect place to stay for a family trip to London (we had a family of 7!).

I wish the beds were a little bigger, the foldout couches were a little more comfortable, and the A/C unit was easier to understand and operate (although we had radiators and a fan we used provided by the staff and we never called to ask for help because it wasn’t a big deal).

The location was excellent. and communication was prompt and easy. The apartment was very spacious, and the balcony was a great addition. The property could be excellent, with a few small improvements.

The apartment was very well proportioned and spacious, however it just felt a bit 'scruffy'. There were a lot of black scuffs and marks on the walls, the wardrobe doors didn't close/open properly, and a lot of the furniture was peeling or warped etc. The sofas, although comfortable, had stains on, and there were several burn marks on the floor in kitchen/lounge area which were strange. The carpentry in the apartment felt quite cheap - as the dishwasher didn't fit - when the dishwasher door was opened it pushed the baseboard out. Additions such as cushions for the sofa, coasters, wall art, tea towels, and some cleaning products (we had to go and buy washing up liquid, kitchen spray and wipes for a two day stay), would massively improve the 'comfort' of the stay as it felt quite bare. Also, we can't remember seeing a fire extinguisher in the apartment, which was concerning. Cleanliness could also be improved, as there were quite a few hairs on the towels/bedding as well as on less frequently cleaned areas such as the walls in the shower. I'm sure this isn't the cleaners' fault, perhaps allowing them more time per apartment would enable a higher standard. This apartment could be excellent if some small changes were made, as the location felt very secure and even being so close to the station, it was quiet.

Very well located, next to the Waterloo train station. The place is giant, bathrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. A wide balcony gives a nice view on the London Eye at night.

There were some cleanliness issue in the bedroom and the floor is a bit damaged in the kitchen. There also is water that’s leaking from the outside by the bedroom door when it rains. It is impossible to modify the temperature in the main bathroom.

Excellent location. Really easy to walk everywhere. In a busy area but it wasn't noisy at night. Sainsbury Local and Tesco Express just over the road. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area if you want to stay local. Old Vic just 2 mins walk.

The apartment was clean and modern but could do with a bit of maintenance for example - Coffee table in lounge area needs replacing. One of the sofa beds was broken, so although we weren't using it as a bed it was uncomfortable to sit on. The coat rack in the hall fell off the wall when you hung your coat on it. The apartment was really hot when we arrived and the doors to the balcony - all 3 from the lounge and both the bedrooms, were difficult to open. But this was the only way to ventilate the place.

Location of the apartments is great. Contact with the host was also very good, they were helpful and responsive. Apartments are nicely designed and decorated.

The apartments could be a bit cleaner, you could see they weren't dusted in some areas for some time. Also, it seems that ventilation did not work properly, as it was always a bit stuffy and water was running down the windows in the mornings due to humidity. When we arrived at apartment no 2 kitchen window was broken and the glass was taped together, which is not especially safe... All in all the apartments could use some refreshing/maintenance.

Checkout time need to be revisited... Given that there is no where to keep luggage for early check out. Che k out should be least 12noon like most apartments and hotel. Thanks

The location was great. The apartment was sunny and looked quite like in the pictures. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped. The rest of the furniture was rather basic but sufficient.

Think twice if you decide to sleep on the sofa bed. It was really uncomfortable. Had we known that, we would have taken a bigger apartment. Still, we left really happy of having stayed at Stayo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a reasonable price.

location was the only benefit to our stay.

We were utterly shocked on entering the apartment when we saw the stained upholstery on the sofa beds and dining chairs. Later we were very upset to be confronted with absolutely disgusting duvets, WITHOUT any duvet covers, and pillows WITHOUT pillow cases. We slept with towels and flat sheets. There were inkstains on the wood floors, the coffee table laminate was delaminating and therefore hard to use, the plasterboard joins on the main wall were cracking open....very poor estate management/zero housekeeping. Completely unacceptable attitude to customers.

Nothing really. Generally quiet given the location but some noise from emergency service vehicles. to be expected in such a central accommodation.
