Very clean with all amenities available, fresh towels, good communication from the hosts.

Neighbors were quite noisy.

It's no way close to the premium service level they claim. Stained sofa, dirty carpet, no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). No response from the host when this was communicated during my stay. I was asked for extra payment to get a high chair for my toddler which is so basic.

Very clean, comfortable and easily accessible to city centre and most areas..

The welcome pack was very nice. The property was very well decorated and clean. Everything there that you could need. Parking for two cars was great

The house was a bit out of the way and the Saturday night we were there there was a lot of noise from a disturbance outside a pub/club to the rear of the property

Very helpful staffs and the place is clean and cozy. It is convenient in walking to the shopping place, supermarket and restaurants.

Excellent, my family and I enjoyed our stay, everything worked, all the amenities we needed were available, lovely touch with welcome pack on the table, very clean and comfortable accommodation, will be back.
