Location, price and staff. Staff was outstanding - from front desk to cleaning staff. Very customer oriented and willing to go extra mile to satisfy hotel guests’ needs

The facilities, especially restaurant area need brighter lighting and set up. Otherwise the rooms and restaurant area were clean.

I got room 206, which reception said it was the suite. The describing text talks about terrace, hot tub, view on pool. None of this even exists, I feel betrayed. The normal price is 100 usd, way to much for what is offered. The description is not only misleading, it is fake. There is NO hot tub. The bathroom is super tiny. The water coming from the shower, after a long time gets warm, but there is very little water coming out of it. WiFi is present, but staff does not even know the password of the strongest Wi-Fi

Our booked rooms were not available. The hotel was full. Manager was not present and didn't communicate with the hotel reception. Please take this hotel away from your list.

Staff was friendly, it had all the essentials.

Room was not well soundproofed, so you could hear loud noises from the hallway and outside. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the sink ejected water onto you if you weren’t careful.

İt is a nice spot with a beautiful open popular restaurant and bar, the crew was very friendly and helpful and it is in the middle of the town, I do recommend it for a business stay.
