Location! It’s so close to the park. The host was nice to accommodate our request for early check in.

The location is the best, 10 minutes walking to Plitvice lakes. It is very cozy and confortable, you can seat outside with a nice view . The place is vey peaceful. Sandra helped us with a problem with our car, she called a mecahnic who came right away. Very easy check in

Maybe more light at night, it is hard to work , read ot write.

Lovely hosts Sandra and Slatko made us feel very welcome. We stayed 2 nights. Excellent location for entrance 1 to Plitvice Lakes (8 minutes walking distance - a beautiful, outstanding landscape - visit early to beat the crowds). Sandra put on breakfast at the house both mornings. Quiet and peaceful location. We ate dinner at a lovely next door home-stay (3 minutes walk).

✔︎Host: Met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the room. ✔︎Facility: Fridge and microwave functioning well. ✔︎Parking: Free parking just beside the apartment. ✔︎Location: 10-minute walk to Plitvice Lakes entrance 1. The restaurant Licka Kuca across the road from the entrance is a nice place for dinner.

The room is located on the 2nd floor which is accessible by stairs only. As it was mentioned in the details of the property, it's all good for us. :)

Beautiful interior, very comfortable with AC, kitchen facilities, tv in bedroom and complimentary amenities in the bathroom

The main bedroom of our one bedroom apartment got a little stuffy but we had the window open overnight to help cool air again after a hot day

unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and there was too much dust in the room especially on the pillows

The host was present when we arrived, gave us the quick rundown on the details. Accommodation felt new.It was a nice positive being able to walk over to the entrance of the Plitvices Lakes entrance and he offered to let us leave our car parked there after checkout of the day we went to the park. We enjoyed sitting on the lawn furniture out front in the early evening enjoying some fine wine we brought with us. Very peaceful. My only mistake was scheduling our entry to the park before breakfast was served by our host- The early bird didn't get this worm. I would stay here again next time we are in the area.

No real criticism- It had a bit of a feel of a boarding house- but is that a critique?

Super close to the Plitvice lake park, you can leave the car there and go walk to the entrance of the park. Big room and ok bathroom, nice outside area, very nice views surrounded by nature.

Bed and pillows are too soft, breakfast is very limited

Really next to the entrance 1 of Plitvice lakes(5 minutes walk) nice and clean, good beds en refrigerator. Very nice and clean bathroom!! Free parking in front of the door.

Very nice hosts. The House is 500 meter away from the national park entrance 1 but very quiet For additional 11 euro you can get a very good breakfast.

The location was perfect, it was a short walk to entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. Hosts were very pleasant and responsive. We had a beautiful view out onto the surrounding countryside. Our room was clean, updated and modern.

Little bit of a walk to entrance one (around 10 minutes). Great little buffet style breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very cozy and well maintained.

I would suggest considering putting a coffee machine as the closest place to get coffee is 10-min walk away.
