Decent location. Warm apartment in winter.

No hot water through most of our one night stay. Host unable to control it as they only own the apartment and not the building. Heating didn't work initially resulting in an apartment that went from warm, to cool, then to hot overnight. Hot water restored in the morning then discovered no hair dryer provided so travelled through London in December with wet hair. Kitchen provided the basics but included an induction hob and for some reason a pan that doesn't work on an induction hob which is just confusing.

Area is very noisy at night, cannot sleep with the windows open. Collecting the keys is a bit of a challenge.

Had to go to confectionist to collect keys and then walked to apartment. OK to do really.

Front door felt unsecure as could be easily opened. Shutting the door some of us shut our fingers in the door. Door was extremely heavy.

Clean comfortable for 5, good facilities. Price was good by London standards.

I found it hard to find the keys, the check list wasn’t popping up and the store that the keys were in were less than helpful. Maybe a lock box might be helpful.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. With 2 rooms 2 sofa beds and 2 bathrooms. Very near to underground tubes station also bus stops all along the street. Shops are within walking distance. The host (staffs) are all very helpful and attentive to queries. Even asked how are we doing during the stay. Checking-in instructions also are very easy

Good location, close to the central London, easy accesible by Tube. Apartments are pretty new, spacious - our 5 persons family fit very well. We’ ve got everything what expected

Everything was as expected. It as a bit far out for us, but we knew that so it's not a slight against. The bed in the room with ensuite was terribly uncomfortable, but the other bed apparently was good.

In my opinion, if there is a coffee maker, it would be good to supply coffee filters. We had to go to 3 places before we found them. But we did leave them behind so the host could leave them for the next guests. (coffee was important to this crew!)

Bad communication, many wrong information that could misguide you. and the gate door is badly designed that could easily hurt people.

Location, location, location. The apartment is situated at a great location. Close to many great spots. The apartment facilities were ultra modern and amenities provided were good. Also the staff were super friendly in following up with the customer. Definitely will stay here again.

With the super facilities provided, probably it would be fitting to have nespresso or capsule coffee makers. Additionally the check-in instructions could do with more explanation regarding how to switch on the bathroom heater and find where is the washing machine. Overall it was great and we definitely would stay here again.

clean, spacious, central apartment

The location was great. The location of the apartment is very good. Less than 10mins walk to bus and train which can get you to almost anywhere to central of London. The apartment is also situated near convenience store and restaurants

The apartment kindly good, have some issues like no heating, hot water, the windows not close properly it was really cold in the property. In good location everything around have .

collecting the keys at night absolute nightmare not every one gets off at the tube bedding not great duvet cover did not fit both duvet and pillows not feathers there for not great shower gel non branded cheap when your paying that price you should have good quality products

Loved that it had a private balcony, lovely view of the sun rising over the city on a good day and the apartment had modern touches to it. The flat is ialso in a good location with buses to Borough Market and London Bridge just steps away from the front of the building.

Nice appartment, close to metro, big, safe, comfortable and clean, nice tv, good wifi...

In kitchen there was no washing machine tablets, no washing sponge and no salt.

Property was clean, great location and all amenities needed for a large group.

The sofa bed not to comfortable.
