We loved everything at The Breeze. The location is great a few meters from the beach. The place is perfect, super central but also quiet and with is own charm. Beautiful. The owner and his staff are doing an amazing job to maintain this paradise. Go there and you won’t regret your stay.

Little hidden paradise just few hundred metres from beach, restaurants and bars with beautiful villas set in nice garden with pool that kids loved. We enjoyed evening drinks in front of the villa sometimes having pleasant chat with owner Jean Marc 😊. And croissants he brought in the morning made my day (although I know they were for kids 😊).

Great location which manages to be both secluded & private/quiet yet truly in the heart of Tamarindo. It really can’t be beat in that respect.

I loved the place, it is really close to the beach and the host (Jean Marc) is a tremendously nice guy who made us feel welcome from the get-go. We loved the stay and how privately comfortable it was! The place is exactly what is advertised, 100% recommended!

Breeze Villas is calm oasis in the middle of vibrant Tamarindo resort. You have all the privacy you can imagine. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, just perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Kids were enjoying nice swimming pool in tranquil garden. Car parking is right in front of the gate. We felt absolutely safe, family which cares about the resort live just next to the gate. They are ready to help you day or night. From Breeze it’s 2 minutes’ walk to the Tamarindo beach. 2 minutes to the supermarkets and there are plenty of local restaurants in short walking distance. You can buy fresh fruit in the morning from the local farmer selling from her car about 400m away (turn right on the main road and then left on the main cross-road). We loved fresh breakfasts on the porch of our villa.

Great location: near the beach and the town but still in a quiet corner. The manager, Luca, was amazing. He basically functioned as our personal travel agent, and the few times there was an issue he was quick to react and fix. The cleaning ladies also did a great job. Finally, the garden looks great and the pool was really nice. Not a huge pool, but pretty deep and my sons loved jumping from one level to the other.

The property has 5 villas around a shared swimming pool, but they do not face each other for privacy. We were extra lucky being the only family present. We had the pool, garden, grill, and dining area for us alone. The garden is very nice with giant trees and monkeys. The pool is well designed and provides a lot of fun and relaxation. Marta is very nice and seems to be cleaning all day long to make sure everything is pristine and the transats stay without any leaves falling from the trees. Lucas, the manager, and Jean-Marc, the owner, checked on us once or twice a day to provide advice or help with anything like organizing covid testing. For international travelers, Lucas speaks Italian, Jean-Marc speaks French, and nearly everyone speaks some English at least. The property is 2mn walks from the beach and 1 mn from the closest restaurants. There are a lot of great restaurants in Tamarindo. With 1 to 3 hours drive there are a lot of nice places to visit, hikes, waterfalls... I would definitely stay there again if I come back in Tamarindo!
