We loved how quiet it was, we loved the little dogs that welcomed us every morning, the host was very helpful with anything we needed and made some amazing dishes as well

There was a building near us that made really loud announcements around 5-7pm every couple of nights but that was it

The front yard is beautiful, the backyard can relax, drink coffee to greet the new day or BBQ with friends and family in the evening. King size bed in dormitory room, with locker for personal belongings. If you go to Sapa, you should experience sleeping in a village far from town to feel a completely different atmosphere from the city.

Host family is cute and welcoming! The homestay feels like a home and the rice paddies views in the evening only add to the charm!

The balcony, the breakfast, the hosts and the location of this Homestay were amazing. You can go on some beautiful hike from there and the hostess cooks very delicious dinner ☺️👍 I can really recommend this place!

Nice and helpful family. You can have dinner with them as well. The location is far from everything, but very good for hiking and relaxing.

There was quite a lot noice from construction at the moment, but the owner offered us a different room to try make it better:) The beds were hard.

Very nice and helpful staff. The family dinner is tasty and a good way socialize with other guests and the owner. There are free tooth brushes, clean towels and heating lamp in the bathroom. The long terrasse on the first floor is very nice, both during the day and at night.

A bit noisy sometimes at night because of dogs and cats, but it is easely solved with some ear plugs. You can sometimes hear bugs eaten the wood, but they are maybe hard to avoid in a wooden house. Do not expect the bathroom to be as fancy and elegant as in a hotel.

The place has all the facilities you need. Owner is so kind and helpful, do not hesitate to ask anything you need and she will make your stay super pleasant. I fell sick after reaching sapa and she prepared a rice porridge which was so delicious and soothing to my throat. Very clean room and bathroom. Bathroom has 24hrs hot water in all taps and quite amazing interiors. We extended our stay as we were impressed by everything.

It is a beautiful house with cosy little rooms and a very kind and helpful host.

I was unlucky with the weather and it was very cold inside the house. The bed was the only option to spend my time as it was the only warm place I could find (apart from the shower)

I came here with my dad and we had a beautiful stay, we got the most expensive rooms which are really worth it because they smell like pine trees, wood interior and all around beautiful. so relaxing, at night you can just hear the crickets. there is beautiful hiking nearby, amazing home cooked food and an amazing host who is just so warm and helpful. :) beds are very nice

quite and peaceful, the owner speaks English, good breakfast, very nice room, totally recommend if you don’t want to be in the middle of noisy sapa. nice location to get to Ta Van and other interesting places by motorcycle and hiking places near by.

wifi is not working really well.

I had an amazing time in this homestay, it almost felt like a little home. It is a a few km away from the city but definitely worth it to fully enjoy the Sa Pa experience. A place to stay in for at least two nights! 1) Thom is a kind and caring host. She offers to cook for you and gives advice on interesting trekking paths around. She does not force you to book a tour through her, unlike many homestay, but she offers the option for it! She is very helpful and helped me decide on my next direction 2) The location and the view are great. It is a little away from the city but a great starting point for trekking (river, waterfall, bamboo forest). The view from her terrasse/balcony is stunning. 3) The house is spacious and very clean. The bathroom was perfectly clean and the bed was big. I really felt relaxed. Many thanks to Thom for the great stay!

The area and the tour guide, the woman owner is a nice person

The location is 30min from Sapa and taxi 10$ one way, so it is important to know that. Then the tour that she offers, is way more expensive 31$ just for one day, even if it is a nice walk. Then the place, it's not like in the pictures. The room had so much noise, from insects on the roof and no view, so dark... And I guess, that maybe I was not lucky because I had some bed bugs, next day I couldn't stay anymore. But the thing that was too much and why I decided to leave earlier it is because the prices on the menu are not the ones she ask you to pay for... Apparently it has been increased since COVID, but I think it is important to tell it before, and change the prices of the menu as soon as you can. Well besides it, she is a nice person, doing her best.

Very nice big and clean house. Very nice hostess, who speak english very well. Prepared a great dinner that we ate together. You can feel like at home, not in hostel. Very nice neighborhood. When we had a problems at the immigration office, we called Zan, she talked to the officials and translated into English what we have to do. It was beyond her duties after our check-out. It was incredibly friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.

Thom is a very welcoming host and she cooks the best Vietnamese food. Furthermore, it was no problem to get vegetarian food. The location is quite far from Sapa, but it‘s a great starting point for trekking and to enjoy the view over rice terraces.

The location might have been very nice but i can't just past by these people being so greedy In my reservation(i should say i didn't pay much for it but still) it was stated I have the breakfast included but not only did i not receive a free breakfast but i was also overcharged for the coffee I had in the morning that in the menu was 30 and she asked for "30 ahh.. 40" cause ofc if you are european you must be wealthy( even though i am a student travelling on a budget) and I have the right to rip you off So the only reason I get through the struggle of making economies is to help vietnamese people get rich cause I only had similar experience since I came here, this way you re only going to kill tourism and no one is going to come anymore in your country

The ducks outside were incredibly loud all night, making it difficult to sleep

The host ad the room were absolutely amazing! We had a king room, which was clean and authentic to the mountain style. We had a family dinner with them (highly recommend). They answered all our questions to the region and life in the mountains. The local food served for breakfast was delicious. We stayed three nights. Pick up from Sapa can be organised by the host, too. Highly recommend the Homestay!
