good location, equipped with daily fresh towels ect and very spacious the beds were super comfy and loved the minimal decor loved how cupboard were stock with various items for us to use- such a nice little touch

the tv didn’t have an Ariel so throughout the whole stay we couldn’t watch anything. The heating kept playing up and wasn’t turning on, it was freezing on the nights. both bedrooms need blackout blinds as the one bedroom was extremely bright making it difficult to sleep if you want a good nights sleep then I suggest you don’t stay here as the traffic was so loud as the apartment is located on a busy high street

I never slept in this property because it was filthy dirty, cancelled my booking and swindled my hard earned monies.

Uncomfortable beads (I think mattress are ok but the bed board was broken in different locations of the beds and in all the beds), the water in the shower was either boiling hot or north pole cold, there was a lot of noise (Windows does not have good noise insulation) and also the rooms were not dark enough to sleep (all window blinds were completely broken)

Hi there, The air bed was found however it was broken and would deflate after 30 minutes. When you get told on the booking that it’s two beds and a sofa bed you expect two beds and a sofa bed not two beds and a broken air bed. The blinds were also broken in the kitchen which just made the already unbearable sleep in that room worse so therefor I’m demanding a partial refund. Regards Amelia

The location was fantastic with good connectivity.

The room was awful. The passage to room was in quite bad state, shabby and smelly. Carpet was completely worn out with spikes and nails bulging out. It caught our feet on multiple occasions. Toilet and bathroom doors locks weren't working. Wouldn't recommend for family stay.

The staircase filthy and the walls leading to the apartment very dirty and falling apart. No heating system and it was cold. No curtains on the windows just broken pieces of metal blinds. The bathroom door doesn't lock, you need to force something against it to keep close. TV is not connected to anything. That apartment should never been advertised as suitable for 6 people. There was only two double beds and one broken sofa bed and no bedding for more than 4 people. The owner/management ignored my emails and calls. The person in charge behaved like scammers, took the money and didn't want to hear again from you
