Everything was absolutely perfect, friendly staff, good food and great location

The hotel overall is exceptional and the staff very friendly. We had freshly squeezed orange juice as a welcome drink which was very refreshing in the Durban heat. I liked the extra touch of the traditional hotel etiquette of an evening turn up of the room which was finished off with la roche chocolate. That was a nice touch and a surprise. Hotel is very close to good reastuarents in the area and Musgrave shopping mall. Breakfast was very good and generous and Sphe's services in the restuarant was exceptional. She is an asset indeed.

I have stayed with you guys on numerous occasions and the rate was very reasonable. However, recently I see that your rate is R2000 incl breakfast but for one night???!! this is absolutely ridiculous. I used to pay R750 at once stage, absolute greediness. The price of coastlands and Marriott is even cheaper. Disappointing.

The bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable The location of the accommodation is central The staff were friendly and accommodating

The room needed a few finishing touches There are no room service / breakfast / bar facilities - This should be communicated before the booking is complete. Guests aren't given a remote for the gate so we need to rely on the security guard to always be there

They had no water during my stay and the room wasn’t what I booked

Well located, close to vibrant Florida Rd (lots of food options) as well as an easy drive to the beachfront. As the property was not busy the check-in staff allowed me to choose a convenient room. I think all rooms have a balcony and the breeze is welcome in humid Durban. Air-con also in each room. Safe parking and very friendly staff (all staff that we interacted with).

Wash basin too small - needs a table nearby for toiletries.

Everything was on point 👌 Sadly i did not get the chance to taste the food made in there as it wasn't available due to covid restrictions otherwise everything was nice rooms spacious and mostly important very clean

Maybe have one room available all the time to Allow guest to extend should they wish to do so and all rooms are taken but can be shifted to that spare room available only for extention
