Totul a fost minunat . A fost un concediu relaxant pentru toată familia . Mâncare proaspătă pregătită în fața ta , peste ,pui,legume la grătar, salate . Sucuri și cafea la discreție, piscina destul de mare și foarte curata . De curățenia camerei noastre,s a ocupat o bătrânică care zilnic venea și lasă totul impecabil. Prosoape atât de curate ,aer condiționat pe care puteai sa l pornești chiar dacă nu ești în camera ,la barul cu mâncare de la 11/16 mereu se făcea pizza calda ,deși trebuia sa aștepți puțin, înghețată la discreție și foarte bună. Pentru noi a fost un sejur minunat ,am reveni cu drag

Animatorii destul de plictisiți, mulți români gălăgioși, care lăsau mizerie în urma lor ,vorbeau tare și urat ,asta ar fi singurul lucru care nu ne a plăcut. Și ar fi lipsa plajei private și parcarea foarte scumpa . Deși am avut parcare la umbra ,păzită...

Totul a fost minunat! Mancare buna, diversificata in fiecare zi, prosoapele s-auu schimbat zilnic, lenjeria la cererez.

Еда вкусная, персонал отзывчивый сразу реагируют на все просьбы. До моря 100 метров, рядом супермаркет. В 5 минутах остановка автобуса в Варну. Номер красивый, балкон, вид на море, бассейн.

Уборка каждый день, но постель за 8 дней ни разу не сменили. Мы сняли простынь, её просто обратно заправили. Нужно постель снимать и бросать на пол.

Mancarea buna si diversificata, raportata la pretul dat. Hotelul este aproape de plaja, iar personalul politicos si amabil.

Curatenia din camera si la baile comune din hotel poate fi imbunatatita.

The apartment was very spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The distance to the beach is quite short. The hotel is located at the center of the resort. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was OK.

- The staff does not care if the sunbeds are excessively occupied (with towels), early in the morning, and no one sits on them until the afternoon. If you want to go to the pool after breakfast, almost all the sunbeds are occupied, but only a few people are actually present. At other hotels, if you leave the towel more than 20-30 min., just to occupy the sunbed, but you are not in the area, the towel is automatically removed and you can retrieve it from the reception. This rule can be applied here as well, by the lifeguard, for example... - Only one key and one access card was provided for 4 (four) people. If you let the key at the reception (as written on the hotel regulations), you will not be able to exit (or enter) through the gate located at the back side of the hotel. - We stayed 6 nights. The bed linen has not changed at all. - The bar at the swimming pool is allocated only for "all inclusive". I only had breakfast included. If I want to buy a coffee/beer/juice or something else, it was not possible. I had to get dressed and go upstairs to the lobby bar, in order to buy something to drink.

Personnel très agréable, chambre confortable, femmes de ménage agréables. Coffre fort gratuit., parking payant.

Les matelas sont fatigués (2 lits de 90 cm) la nourriture est bonne mais pas assez chaude et pas de micro ondes.

Mancarea suficienta, variata si gustoasa. Camera spatioasa si curata. Personalul amabil. Activitatile celor de la entartainment, foarte animate. Curatenia efectuata zilnic in camere.

Beautiful clean spacious apartment with balconies with black sea views. Parking available, very friendly staff, kids clubs and things available if needed. Pool, huge breakfast we couple believe how much variety there was. Short walk to the main strip and the sea, beautiful beach, nice restaurants. The apartment had lovely comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a bath so really comfortable for a group of us. Well equipped kitchen area.

Nothing at all

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the food and the location of the hotel, very close to the beach. I saw the sunrise every morning, from the bed, which was superb.

I did not like the bathroom with a bathtub and plastic curtain, the very hot mattress, the very bad service at the bars, the bed quality of the coffee and the beer, the cleanliness of the bar terrace which was non-existent, the sunbeds at the pool which were always occupied by towels without owners, the pavements and stairs outside which was degraded and dangerous. I felt the lack of a private beach area.

EVERYTHING and this is an understatement: perfect cleanliness, the most delicious foods, the divine freshness of drinks, the view from the terrace, the oversize of rooms, etc.... it was the perfect mini-holiday, far more satisfying than I have ever imagined!

---------- It would be a huge lie to say anything wrong about Golden Line Apart Hotel! And, believe me, I have been in quite a few hotels in Golden Sands!

I paid 50 leva for parking even though it says free parking is available. The front desk told me it is 10 leva per day, only to be told by the parking attendant that for a two night stay it is 25 leva per night. The pool was not heated as stated on booking.com. when i asked about it i got a rude answer from the front desk about how i should be patient and wait for warmer weather tomorrow. The front desk receptionists are extremely rude and cold and are more worried about their bathrobes than guests having a good time. The cutlery was dirty and used and we got a room that had a faulty door and a broken air conditioner.

Angel is the best bartender I have ever met

Overall it was pretty great, all inclusive is more than enough, new dishes every day.

The Booking page mentioned a gym but it was closed the whole week. The rooms are soundproof but the doors are paper and if someone talks on the hallway you can clearly hear what they're saying.
