Location and condo was very clean and accommodating. We had one day when construction on the building balconies was noisy and disturbing. One day they wanted access to work on our balcony, but was very accommodating to wait till the next day when we checked out. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

Very close walk to the beach. Furniture in condo comfortable and well kept.

The price. The elevator wait was lengthy at times.

My favorite part was being able to see the beach from the balcony, also loved the indoor/ outdoor pool.

The only thing I didn’t like was trying to get the door open it’s especially hard when you only have one hand free because it takes two hands to do so.

Everything! Absolutely loved the location, balcony, fully stocked kitchen (cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc.) And the homey atmosphere.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is the TV in the second bedroom is not a smart tv and doesn't have cable. You have to bring DVDs in order to use the TV. Also, the DVD player remote in the living room did not have any batteries in it. That's really it!

Location was great

The dryer in unit 406 did NOT work well what so ever we had to run the dryer 4 times to dry our clothes and you couldn’t dry towels, had to hang dry. The bedroom with twin beds in it smelled musty like the bed was soiled or wet….not sure what that was about.

It is very convenient in Orange Beach.

The entire condominium complex is in disrepair. The unit is okay. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Appliances were fine. Patio furniture was filthy. We will be returning to Phoenix East next time.

Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there except food stuff. Not even salt/pepper. Pool is great and beach is beautiful

Mattresses need to be replaced soon. Fine for me but others like a firmer mattress

The property is directly on the beach. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for the stay.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property.

The location of the Tradewinds room was great and a beautiful room.

We found bed bugs in the room with the twin beds in it. The agent was very nice and found us another room for the night but they didn't have one at the same location so that split up our family. We had to go stay at one property the first night and then we had to move to another location our last two nights. The last condo they put us in was an upgrade and we were grateful for the managers assistance but we lost a day of vacation switching rooms and waiting for the next one to be cleaned. The rest of our family stayed at Tradewinds but we were moved about 10 miles down the road and not on the beach. I never would have thought that they didn't see those bed bugs when they cleaned the room before we arrived and I doubt they took care of it after we left. I learned a valuable lesson to always check your mattress for bed bugs.
