Beautiful tranquil location close to all amenities and the beach, house was full of all the facilities you needed.

location very good to be able to access beach and shops by foot parking at cottage tight certaiinly only suitable for smaller car as advised by owner careful reversing needed to exit with residents cars parked .However small price to pay for great location would visit again .LOved

Being very picky the outside space needed a tidy up lots of debris garden matter blown down garden chairs and table needed a cover to save pigeon poo not a complaint we didnt need to sit outside but we did use the side entrance where the debris had built up ,

comfy beds, nice big kitchen, well though out, amazing smell from candles orange blossom bought some in the town to take home

walking down dark alley to town could be well lite,

The cottage was perfect and perfect for our family. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We'd love to be able to stay again.

good upkeep and configuration- has everything you need in great working order (dishwasher/iron etc), nice bedding and hosts really very helpful, neighbours kind - nice deck/courtyard. Super base for visiting family and friends in Broadstairs

The location & proximity to the beach

The parking situation was VERY stressful . The house was cold - it took 24 hours after turning the heating before we were comfortable

Fab location for spending time in Broadstairs and walking around the surrounding coast.

Approach to cottage was tight with car but once parked we didn’t use it at all.

It was in a small group of cottages. Other residents were friendly and helpful. The inside of the cottage was clean and charming. The two bedrooms were particularly bright and charming.

Parking was a nightmare. Thankfully I was not driving but my companion found it quite stressful. And the courtyard garden - a nicely planned space with chairs and table - gets no sun.

Everything else. The location, the cottage, the cozyness of it. It was fab.

Bathroom could have done with some bleach.

Fantastic location within close walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Tastefully decorated and furnished little cottage, just perfect for our family of four. Well equipped kitchen. Super comfy beds!

Parking was ok for us as no one was staying next door but can imagine it could be tricky otherwise / in height of summer. No complaints whatsoever about the house.

Cosy quiet cottage and the location was perfect.

The parking was very tight on the path. One bedroom was not made up and no linen was supplied until we called. They should inform us that they do not supply us soap and toilet paper! There was no recycling bin available.

Lovely cottage, super location close to the pretty town and great beach, probably the best location in East Kent. Super quiet but within easy walking distance of town, bars, restaurants and shops. Loved having the little courtyard garden too, thanks so much!

Nothing really!

The cottage is lovely and has everything you need. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottage is down a narrow lane and easy if you have a small car but we have an estate car so we’re unable to turn round and had to reverse most of the way out but was ok. This is not a criticism at all. There is a car park at the bottom of the lane from the cottage. We will definitely be returning. Thanks.
