Quirky well located place to stay. Attractive bedroom and good welcome. Very good breakfast. Comfortable mattress and pillows and good bed linen. Ability to let yourself into accommodation if out late. Some update needed as bath towel rail and toilet cistern in need of repair and the bath taps were loose. A second stay and we would stay again so all in all a good stay.

Very small aspects: A dressing table would be welcome and a few minor updates would benefit: bathroom towel rail re-fixing; cistern pipe re-housing.

Fabulous stay in an amazing venue. We loved the room, location, amazing breakfast and hospitality . Neal was lovely and we were very well looked after.

Was near to beach and ok to park nice drinks bar comforable beds tea and coffe and nice room and bathroom

There was alot of dust and fluff under beds when moved when we lost something and when run the bath was worried about water on floor as back of hot tap leaked and shower hose leaked too stiff window when shut as hurt finger

Absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts were so friendly, they made our holiday. Artfuls is a stunning hotel, so stylish. Well worth a visit. The breakfasts were also amazing!.

The Bed creaking ,the wardrobe and floor moving as walking to the bathroom ,the very loud flushing of the toilet, and no parking,even though it said there was on booking.com

This is the most charming b&b in Broadstairs, gorgeous rooms planned to the details, comfortable and beautiful. The big tab, the comfortable bed, the furniture, the little details!

The location is brilliant for the beach. The breakfasts are great you can have what you want as long as you request it the night before. All the rooms have a theme we stayed in the Oriental room which was great.

We weren’t sure about the bath shower

It was so comfortable. The view to the sea was amazing and the room was clean and the bed so comfy.

It was fine for an overnight stay, Bed really comfortable but the Bathroom was too small, Bath was very difficult to get in and out of! The only other issue is No Parking! This is a problem throughout Broadstairs not just here.

Beautifully decorated themed rooms with all amenities, a few steps away from beautiful Broadstairs beach! Almost wanted to give a low score so it’s available next time! 😂 the staff were friendly and accommodating and served delicious high quality breakfast included. Also really good cocktails in the evening

Very difficult to think of any negatives but one which is not really a reflection on accommodation is although it’s an excellent location for the beach etc.. there is no parking provided so expect to walk a bit to the accommodation

Great location and attractive decor. Has a nice cafe downstairs and clean rooms.

Nice cafe downstairs is also the reception. Staff couldnt handle checking in with serving cafe customers in a timely manner. Room had a bath with shower head with no where to hang the shower head so had to crouch to shower. Was an extremely hot day and the room was extremely hot despite the fan. They should look at aircon as a future update. Breakfast is only served between 8am-9am - This is absolutely mental. If you go away somewhere for the night you expect to be able to lay in and most places ive ever been serve breakfast up until 11am. This is terrible and id recommend all bookers not booking breakfast unless you are up super early.
