A real home from home! Everything you could possibly need was provided. Modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was nice to have a separate dining room overlooking the private garden which we had use of. Conveniently close to shops and all other amenities and within easy reach of the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners had put a great deal of thought and care into providing every comfort for their guests. Very comfortable and peaceful. It was lovely to relax in the sun in the private garden after a day of walking. We will definitely be booking again.

Great location for exploring Broadstairs; close to the beach, shops and restaurants/bars. Quiet location and really lovely, comfortable place to stay, very well equipped and friendly, helpful hosts.

The flat was brilliant and centrally located with a beautiful garden. The hosts had all the outdoor furniture to use. Just a street away from the beach and the shops restuarants cafes at the end of the road. Brilliant location. Didn't need to use the car at all. Everything is nearby and the train station is up the road to travel to Canterbury.

No complaints. I would love to go again as this was an ideal place and a lovely flat with all modern facilities and very comfortable.

Good location, easy walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. Everything we needed was supplied and the place was very clean. Nice layout, more spacious than I was expecting. The garden was secure and if we’d come in summer would have been perfect for relaxing in. Lovely kitchen and bathroom and the decorating has been done very nicely.

We liked everything. We parked up initially just down the road but were able to move the car right outside once the commuters had left and then walked everywhere for the rest of our stay.

Feeling of no expense spared. Huge kitchen with masses of equipment. Lovely light sitting area. Good quiet location close to town centre. Inside the flat there are no steps so perfect for those with mobility issues.

The dark heavy furniture in living room. Nowhere to put towels. Shower door hard to open.

The decor and furnishings were very nice and the flat was spotlessly clean. It quickly felt like home and was very peaceful

Amazing stay in a haven of rest and tranquility. Beautifully finished and spacious and in an excellent location, just a short walk from the station, sea front and town centre.

Wonderful property in an excellent location. It’s clear on arrival that a lot of thought and care has gone into ensuring you’ll have a fabulous stay. Rooms are comfortable and there’s a lovely garden, perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. All in all, it’s a great place to stay.

the owner came and met us and it was nice to be welcomed.the property was beautifully clean and well furnished .It had everything you could possibly need for a good holiday.The location is great and the property has a lovely secluded garden. The fact there was building work in progress in the adjoining property was a bit of a negative but as we were out a lot it didn't matter so much.Had we been driving parking would have been a problem I think. However overall I would highly recommend this property for a holiday break as I feel you would be hard pushed to find better.

Parking wasn't an issue for us but it could have been for others. I can't say anything further as truly it was a lovely place to stay.

It was decorated very tastefully and had a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were lovely and the bed was very comfy. Also, it was exceptionally quiet at night. Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again sometime.
