A lovely place. Perfect for our first trip to Liverpool. Near the Boyz... Y.N.W.A. Paul is an extraordinary fine person. We had everything we needed. Good breakfast, gorgeous place. Warm welcome. Good sleep, quiet place. We felt safety and kind. We will come back as soon as possible.

we were down for a match at Anfield, the whole service was exceptional, we arrived to cupboard and fridge full of essentials plus toiletries, toothbrushes, croissants, cereals, sweets for the kids and complementary wine and beer! Paul even went out his way to give our kids Klopp keyrings, scarf and flag for the match! The appartment was so clean, cosy, tv with Netflix and the bed were so comfortable! cannot recommend this place enough and we will most definitely be back! A 2 second walk away from Anfield, yet a nice quiet area of an evening! the whole thing was an absolute dream!! plus side also, a drive to park the car!! can’t wait to return!

Booked the property as we were attending Elton John concert at Anfield. Paul had already contacted us about complimentary drinks that were ready for us on arrival :) As the train was arriving late Paul did everything possible to help with our arrival at the accommodation and get to the gig as quickly as possible. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and literally a few minutes walk from the stadium. The drinks and continental breakfast were great and lots of little touches that make the stay even better. Perfect place to stay for any event at the stadium but also a great place for any visit to Liverpool. Paul was the perfect host and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating :) A really enjoyable overnight stay.

this property is perfect for anyone visiting anfield. it's a 2 minute walk to the ground yet it's still in a quiet and secure area.

the room was just a little small for 4 people, but really didn’t worry us.

Convenient and ideal location for our of travelling to Anfield for a Saturday game. Less than 5 minutes walk to the groaning and free parking provided. Self catering was taken a step further by the supply of essential foodstuffs and drinks for breakfast which we were able to utilise on our arrival and next day before leaving. A confirmation call was received the evening before from the owner confirming time of arrival which was reassuring to me knowing he was prepared for us arriving. Despite the fact I arrived an hour early from the time I gave him he had no hesitation in welcoming us and allowing us entry. The complimentary bottles of bud were icing on the cake. The beds are folding down temporary bed that double up as seating (a fact that is not hidden in his advert photographs) I had a good nights sleep on mine - no issues. 5 stars. - see you again

a simple but well appreciated breakfast/tea/coffee was supplied

only downside there was no proper cooking facilities such as an oven or microwave (but did have a toaster and kettle), however, for the purposes of our trip this was not an issue

The owner was a lovely man, very easy to communicate with, went out off his way to make the experience even better.

Excellent stay. Host Paul was brilliant and really friendly, providing us with complimentary drinks and food for our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and prime location for Anfield which is visible from street of the house m - a 5 minute walk away from the ground. Really flexible check in and check out times suited us and we were able to park our car next to the house for free. Paul went above and beyond to make our trip great. Thank you.

This place does not do justice, where you may be hesitant that it’s a little far out from the city, the couple went out of their way to make sure we’d be arriving safely to the place, they even offered to pick us up and sort out black cabs for us throughout the night when going into town, the stay was absolutely exceptional, a beautiful en-suite, equipped with everything you’d imagine needing and more, stocked up cupboards in the kitchen with all delicacies ranging from crumpets to oat milk!! The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was stocked up, the bathroom had packs of toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant and actually had normal shampoos we all use instead of those small cheap hotel bottles!!! There were even shower caps which I loved the most! The owners made us feel so comfortable, showed us how to use everything and even had netflix on the flat screen. They also allowed us to have a late check out at no extra cost! This, for me was definitely one of the best things about staying at this place, can’t stress enough to book this place if you’re looking to explore the city or even visit the Anfield Stadium, it’s literally a 2 minute walk not even that. So excited to come back again as promised, me and my friends are so thankful and very much satisfied with our stay, it was perfect :)

This is the closest spot you can find next to Anfield Stadium! The perfect solution for a match weekend. It is a small apprtment with kitchenette and bathroom. Very personalized service and super clean

It is far from the center of Liverpool but didnt matter much as we were going for the Game and the ambiance. Anyhow, center very reachable by taxi c. 10-15 minutes drive.
