Beautiful place to stay with great views of the ocean and the bay. Jamie was excellent to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Very spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The Meridian is beautiful. Near all of our regular haunts when we visit OCMD, walking distance to most. Great for our friend group of 7 with 4 bedrooms. Only concern we had was the floors were not very clean and there wasn't a broom or a mop to be found. There was also an unpainted patch on the 1/2 bath wall which I didn't expect in such a nice place. There could be more towel racks in the master bath, there wasn't anywhere to hang our bath towels. Would I stay again, absolutely.

so first i will start with the good, great place location decor loved the layout very spacious, great communication with owner , great check in so now to the bad well first there was a hurricane so the weather was terrible not able to sit outside, no ones fault but dissapointed nonetheless. the place is obviously very heavily rented, very dirty and two giant stains on carpet, place had a odor of musty aroma, not any supplies to use to clean and given the cost of the place i was not about to purchase any, no hairdryers or sheets and towels had to bring my own and it is hard when you fly to remember everything the vacuum cleaners there were 2 did not suck up at all floors sticky again a cleaning issue. the front door didnt engage all the way so kept getting locked out , all in all t he place was great i just wish people would would take more pride in the cleanliness of their units

Overall location in Ocean City and on the beach was excellent for a family vacation not looking for crowds nor the noise of the boardwalk area. Then surprise, surprise - bike week started on Wednesday 9/14 with continual excessive noise at all hours up and down Coastal Blvd. Somewhere in your reservation schedule should be listed such events for prospective renter's consideration. The furniture has begun to show wear and tear plus stains. Under the living room couches could use more cleaning effort as can the fan blades. Several balcony chairs are missing back cushions. The double queen bedroom bath leaks with the shower door closed. The master shower door is losing its silicon door stripping. Several light bulbs were burnt out. The 4th bedroom with the bunk beds had no working lights. The hallway carpet is a tripping hazard and should be either replaced or removed. The storage closet was nice and had many beach items for children. The beach wagon came in handy. The central air-conditioning worked very well. There was adequate storage throughout the unit and the laundry room was very helpful too. The best part was the roominess of the condo allowing our group of 7 to spread out, each with their own bathroom. The balcony views are nice and access to the beach was very convenient by not having to cross a busy street.

This property was amazing! We had 8 adults and 4 little ones (2 and under) and had an incredible week. The place was perfect for everyone!

We all had a great time. It was beautiful and lived up to our expectations. We would got back in a heartbeat 💓. The view was unbelievable, so beautiful.

Best rental I have ever had in Ocean City. It was enough room for 13 adults for a full week. Enough space and seats inside and on the deck. Not a single complaint except I wish we stayed longer.

There were 11 of us, ages 4-65, it was absolutely wonderful for all of us.

My family and my sister in law’s family stayed this past week and absolutely loved it! The condo is stunning and so spacious. You have incredible views of the ocean, and the bay! The property was set up perfectly for littles. We hit the beach early morning, came back for naps then hit the pool! Jamie was fantastic to communicate with and so friendly!

The condo has awesome views of the ocean and bay. You can see the ocean from the the living room and bedrooms. The location was a short walk to the ocean, however the pool is a great alternative. Especially after lunch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious, nicely decorated. The condo was clean. This rental definitely exceeded my expectations. Definitely we’ll be back in the future.

We rented this property for the sole purpose of going to Bike Week activities. There was so much to do in the area and we did so much more. We ate at many great places. We went to the beach and boardwalk and played mini golf. We spent 2 nights at Seacrets. There was a convenience store right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was GORGEOUS!!

Very nice Condo, there was plenty of space for our entire family, 7 of us and so close to the beach. I would love to stay here again but since my husband doesn't do elevators we probably won't be able to.

It was everything we needed for a family vacation!!!

We had a great time, there were 7 adults, 1 teens and 4 children ages 10, 6, 5 and 2. The condo is spacious and each family had there own room and bathroom. Easy access to the beach and also had a nice pool area. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Some of the furniture is worn and needs to be cleaned. I would recommend more hooks to hand towels, robes in bathrooms. It is perfect for a large family, we generally went to the beach in the morning and took the older children to the pool in the afternoon while the babies napped. There is so much to do in the area. Everyone had a great time!

Loved the condo! The view was fabulous, nothing like sitting out on the patio everyday and enjoying the view of the ocean. You could also see the bay! It had everything we needed and more. There were 14 of us and it never felt crowded! The owner was great and responded quickly! I’m so glad we were able to spend family time with our kids and grandkids at this condo! It was so worth it!!

We were very excited to visit Ocean City for Memorial Day weekend, unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative. Luckily we had a beautiful place to stay! The condo was exactly as pictured, but we had some minor issues due to the storm. The front bedroom window leaked, and the vent in the Jack and Jill bathroom leaked as well. Once the rain stopped, so did the leaks. The view from the balcony was beautiful, I wish we were able to use it. This is definitely a place I would stay again, but hopefully next time the sun shines for us!

The house was simply amazing! We had a great time for our Mother’s Day weekend getaway! We will definitely book this house again!

9 of us stayed in this absolutely beautiful condo and there was plenty of room! We all enjoyed our vacation! The views were spectacular! We loved sitting on the balcony every night. We loved the breeze up there since it was so hot. The location was great being so close to the beach and having the outdoors shower to wash off. It was right near a convenience store across the street, so we could walk to get bags of us for our coolers. Garage parking was nice, as your vehicle didn't get so hot in the sun. The condo was very accommodating to our big group. The laundry room was great! The master bedroom and bath were awesome and very big! The kitchen was nice, but for such a big group, the pots and pans & cooking utensils were lacking. The griddle came in handy almost everyday. The pantry in the kitchen was awesome for all of our food and drinks. Thank you for the cart to take belongings up and down and groceries up to the condo after shopping. The outdoor storage closet was nice for our chairs and umbrellas as well. The pool was nice on the rooftop and away from the public. A nice touch was having the building personnel stop in during our stay to check on our needs. We would definitely stay at this place again!

Great location and layout for large groups and gatherings. A few minor things that needed attention when we first check in were corrected within a hour. Property manager was very responsive.

The property was as described and pictured. We had a great time. It worked out well for the family. Great amenities for the price. We brought our bed linens and towels, but expected the beds to have blankets. They should be included on the beds or in the closet or noted that you must provide blankets. Also, a light was out on the microwave. There were small dings on the refrigerator when we arrived. We appreciated the trash bags in the trash cans and the hand soap in all bathrooms. We were not expecting that. Some of the pans need to be replaced for frying. Also, the cleaning person needed to clean the rug as you walk into the unit. It was full of sand.

This is a gorgeous condo with tons of room. Two of the bedrooms are huge with large bathrooms. And two are smaller and share a bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, living room, dining room and kitchen are large and decorated beautifully. The condo felt very cozy (you can't hear neighbors) and safe. And just a half block to the beach! Private parking too. The balcony is covered and has plenty of seating. We sat out there looking at the ocean view and moon every day. Our party had 2 over 80, and three over 50 and we were all very happy with our stay. We highly recommend renting this condo.

This is a beautiful condo, very spacious. The view is spectacular, plenty of parking and convenient to many restaurants and stores. It is well stocked with dishes, glasses, containers, pots and pans. Easy ocean access.

Beautiful, well-appointed 4 BD unit with FABULOUS views of both the ocean and the bay! The balcony was large enough for all 9 of us to enjoy together. Large interior, we did not feel cramped. Shaded/underneath parking on site. Nice to have beach cart and outdoor closet for beach toy storage. Would stay at The Meridian again!
