Our recent VRBO stay was fantastic! The house exuded charm and comfort from the moment we arrived.

Paul was a terrific host. His home was absolutely perfect. My kids, nieces, and our parents loved it. My brothers were impressed.There were plenty of blankets,towels, and everything really. It close to the airport, shopping and dining.
We have family in Dallas and next trip we stay in one of Paul's properties.
It truly is a gem and we recommend this home to those looking for a nice, safe, a d comfortable home away from home.

Had an Amazing time! Kids and adults loved the pool and game rooms! Son-in-law loves Vegas so the casino room was heaven for him. He, of course, taught everyone else how to play. Plenty of space so never felt crowded. Master bedroom was huge. Living room is huge, a lot of movie nights! Plenty of grills to chose from, would of definitely used one if the temperature wasn’t 104 outside. Will definitely come back to this house. Just not in July. Paul was so great to communicate with. Gave amazing recommendations and always responded quickly. We travel a lot and I must say, this was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in.

Wonderful place to relax
The house is full of fun! We took the family here as our base to check out Dallas and relax. The kids loved it (10-18), and so did we.
We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but they were fixed right away. Paul was quick to awnser any questions we had. This is a Wonderful house!

Nice Place!
My friends I stayed for 3 nights for a weekend. Paul was a great host and had great communication. Everything was exactly as advertised. I was not familiar with the Dallas area, but the area seemed really nice and everything we needed was nearby. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Perfect for all ages
Great stay for family get together. There were plenty of things to do to keep everyone occupied and busy and plenty of room to spread out. Owners were very attentive and were wonderful to deal with.

Great central location
Traveled with the family to hit a Cowboys game. The house was centrally located and easy to get to from the stadium and some great Texas restaurants. The family had a great time in the game room and challenging each other in a few games of blackjack.

Fun House for Families
This is a great house - easy access to site-seeing and activities in Dallas and Fort Worth. Also, perfect for large groups or extended family coming together. Lots of activities to keep everyone busy within the house too!

Great Family Spot
We absolutely loved our stay! There’s was plenty of room for everyone. We had an age range from 7-60 and everyone enjoyed it! The kids loved the game room & heated pool. My favorite was sitting by the fire on the deck. It was a perfect way to end the evening.

We'll definitely be back

House for son’s college graduation

Lots to do!
This house has sooo many things to do. They have thought of everything. We had a couple small issues but Paul was more than responsive and addressed everything right away, even going above and beyond. We had a great time here!!!!!

Great place for a family.
We had a nice stay at this property. We liked the neighborhood and were greeted warmly by the next door neighbor. There was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs master bedroom was very comfortable.. The kids were kept busy with all of the games, the swimming pool was perfect and the hot tub was great. We used the grill and the fire pits. The kitchen was well stocked. Paul responded quickly to my questions. All TVs and games worked fine. The only things I would change was that we needed a few extra blankets. We enjoyed the complimentary wine.

Happy Wedding Stay
The property was as described , only problem was that the property needed maintenance. 10 TV's but only some of them work. XBox and Playstation did not work. Need more silver ware for eating. There is enough entertaining things in the house to do, so the minor items did not really matter. My grandchildren loved the house and told us they wanted to live in Texas. The extra amenities in the house were so nice to have, did not have to stock up on essentials just to leave them behind when we left.

July 4th weekend
My family and I had a fantastic time this weekend. We couldn't do many of the things DFW had to offer because of COVID, but we didn't need to leave the house because there were so many amenities! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday and spent many hours playing ping pong, shuffleboard, poker, darts...you name it. The owner Paul was very helpful.

Spider Bites
Booked this property for a executive trip. Two of our guests ended up with severe spider bites that sent them to the doctor. The lack of window coverings left our guests feeling exposed.

Awesome House! Highly Recommend
I booked this property for a family vacation with 14 people and it was the perfect house! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and sleeping spaces to allow privacy and fit everyone comfortably. The location was perfect for all of the things that we wanted to do in the area. The property provided enough entertainment for all ages with the game room, man cave and pool area. Paul was an outstanding host! He met us at the property to show us around and provided a great list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Paul was very responsive with our questions about the property and general area of DFW. If were ever in the DFW area again, I would book this property again. Thank you for everything Paul, my family and I had a blast staying here.

5 star host; 3 star property
CONS:
- The place wasn't clean: i.e. spider webs in corners; dust bunnies throughout the house; kitchen cabinets were dirty inside and out; scuff marks on walls; mildew on pool toys; found lint in dryer's lint catch; water drain on refrigerator was nasty with mildew (my daughter cleaned it because she was so grossed out).
- House needs some maintenance and TLC: electrical issues when operating microwave (Paul did tell me later that he had his electrician come take a look later and he couldn't find any problems BUT my daughter definitely get shocked when using the microwave while the oven on!) ; bathroom doors upstairs and downstairs stuck so much they couldn't easily be opened and shut; bedroom door wouldn't close completely so my husband had to reset the strike plate so it would latch; a deep cleaning is in order; kitchen table was very unstable and needs attention; two wasp nests were found outside by the pool.
- General cons: found opened Tomcat rodent bait mixed in with food in kitchen cupboards; one propane tank was completely empty and the second one had barely enough to grill a simple meal; no dish washer detergent (Paul did bring some over the next morning).
- Several of the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photographs. One bedroom upstairs only has space for one twin bed and not much more. Kitchen is relatively small with not much counter space.
PROS:
- Paul was very responsive with problems mentioned above; Paul agreed to adjusted check-in time; Paul was super friendly and helpful as to area attractions.
- The salt water swimming pool and diving board were fabulous! Plenty of activities for all.
- The bedrooms were fairly separated from the common space and were quiet.
- Quiet neighborhood .
- Location is great. It is close to DFW and attractions.
The week prior to our stay in Las Colinas, I was fortunate enough to stay at another VRBO property in Plano, also owned by Paul. It was fabulous and if I could, I'd give it a 10 star rating! The comparison between the Las Colinas and the Plano properties was astounding. Paul was such a nice host, and I regret having to mention all the cons. But hopefully, he will act on them and make the Las Colinas as spectacular as the Plano place.
