1.Price not really proportional to the activities available. flying fox is just across the yard. Cave exploration is nice but it's a short journey too. 2.They charge 53 for an extra person, whom will be given extra towel, pillow, toiletries & breakfast. Quite pricey considering no extra bedding included. 3. Wild monkeys will visit in the evening. info for non-Malaysians: they're aggressive & steal food.

I love the nature, the staycation is next to cave and its very chills to have the morning breeze there.

Very poor hygiene and didnt worth the rate of the room price. With this price, we can get a 5star rate of hotel in kl. Below my expectations especially on the hygiene. They didnt give a clean bed sheet, clogged sink, unfunctionable lamp light, old furniture which they didnt maintain the housekeeping for this xscape. Quite disappointed to know that this is under management of lost world of tambun too. Hoping this xscape will improvise their housekeeping very much.

Room was satisfied. View and the place simply calm and peaceful. People there is just too friendly and polite. Love the cave adventure.

the toilet door very hard to open and close, need to proper maintenance and the aircond fan got spoilt so very hard to adjust plus the property charge me extra for bringing extra person but the management didn’t alert me before i made the booking

One of the best experiences in Ipoh. Very calm, insta-worthy and clean. Rooms are extremely clean and the location is just awesome. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, so the big rooms with view are great for us. Great ambience. The location is great, not far from ipoh. They offered few activities but we didn't take any - just came here for relaxing and chilling. They offered free breakfast- serve in front of the rooms. Perfect, i would say.

The bathroom is quite see-through- not suitable for friends or even for family with kids. Our check-in process is a little slow too, since they have issue with printer (if i'm not mistaken). Maybe u can offer to check in first, and send the receipt/ etc later so the customer didn't have to wait. oh, and the telephone line is quite slow, as you're basically near the cave.

The view there was awesome! We enjoyed our stay there..

Just, the management has to upgrade the lights as it was too dark on the mirror side and in toilet. Otherwise, all good!

No proper hot shower..not hot at all Hot tube worst it's not hot tube..just cold water.
