Newly renovated Historical Studio with full kitchen
1 Schlafzimmer Studio mit 1 Bad und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Kann 4 bis 1 Queensize-Bett und 1 vollen Futon schlafen. Es gibt keine Trennung zwischen den 2 Schlafplätzen. Dies ist eines der historischsten Gebäude in Seward. Dies ist die einzige Straße in der 5th Ave, nur 1 Block von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Unterhaltungsangeboten und Restaurants entfernt. 1 Block vom Sea Life Center und 1 Block von der Bucht entfernt. Die Wohnung war einst eine Ladenfront und dann ein Friseursalon. Heute ist es ein komplett renoviertes Studio-Apartment.
Wir sind 1 Straße von der Hauptstraße mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Museum / Bibliothek ist direkt hinter uns. Das Sea Life Center liegt 1 Block entfernt. Waterfront ist 1 Block entfernt. Das Zugdepot, das Kreuzfahrtschiff und der Yachthafen sind 1,6 km entfernt. Der kostenlose Shuttle um Seward ist einen halben Block entfernt.

The studio is perfect for a couple. First: location was 10/10. The town of Seward is tiny so everything was within 5 min driving but there was also plenty within 5 min walking distance of the apartment too! The unit itself was plenty big for 2 people for a few days. The kitchen was stocked and had what we needed. The bathroom was simple but functional. The shower was a little small if you’re over 6 foot tall but we had plenty of hot water and that’s what we care more about! Very comfy and cozy for us, we. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was amazing from checking in to checking out. They truly thought of everything! Beautiful, clean and super comfortable. The host even picked me up some milk and delivered to me. Very thoughtful.

Our host was able to get us in early which worked out very well for us. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was very clean and a great space. The couch with the foam topper was very comfortable. This space is right by downtown and not far from a free shuttle stop. Noise from the upstairs apartment was a little bothersome but not that bad.

Very cute, nicely decorated studio apt in a great Seward location. Shops, restaurants and the aquarium are all within a few blocks. The harbor is about 1.5 miles away, you can walk the trail along the bay or catch a ride on the free shuttle.

This is a very comfortable place that worked perfect for our one night stay before we boarded a cruise ship. It is located in a central part of town, very comfortable, clean and decorated so cute.

a great place to stay in Seward
My family and I enjoyed a night here in Seward after taking the Alaska Railroad into town. We worked with orange bike delivery service to handle our luggage while we waited to check in and after we checked out the next morning. The apartment is easy to find, very clean and comfortable! Communication was very quick and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Seward!

Great place that satisfied all our needs
We felt right at home during our 3 nights in this apartment. We cooked dinner two of the nights, and if the kitchen didn't have it, there was a Safeway a short drive away. We enjoyed the walkability to nearly anything you'd want to do in Seward. We definitely recommend!

Nice location, very clean. I had some creamer and sugar for coffee it would have been nice if it was there. The young lady doing maintenance? Was lovely. All of the decor, I understand, however was a bit fussy for me.

Great time in Seward
We had a wonderful time in Seward. The apartment is conveniently located and we were able to easily park and walk to everything we wanted to in town. It can be a slightly noisy since it’s next to the street and you get some traffic noise (aka passing cars) so might recommend bringing earplugs, but would definitely recommend staying here. Had all the amenities we could want, super clean, great location, and our host was very communicative about the check in process!

My daughter loved the decor! We came for the sealife aquarium and this place was perfect distance and close to wonderful food. Highly recommend the brewery for food.

Adorable B&B in the heart of Seward
Loved the decor and the location! One street over from great restaurants, cafes, and shops. 2 blocks away from the ocean. WiFi is strong compared to most places in Alaska! Seward is beautiful and this is a great home base for exploring the area. Enjoyed our stay!

Just what I was looking for
I loved staying at this property! The location was right in the heart of historic downtown. Even though I had a rental car, I walked everywhere with ease. The decor was adorable and the kitchen amenities were just what I needed. The owner was very kind, communicative and informative about the area. I would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a great place to stay in downtown Seward near all the sites and sounds this great town has to offer, then look no further. Great location without the crazy price tag, clean and super comfortable, adorable decor, close to all the restaurants/shops/Sealife Center (all 1 block away!), and a super easy check in/out. Look for this place first when booking your next Seward trip, you will not regret it!

Perfect rental in Seward!
My mom and I stayed at this property following our cruise and it could not have been more perfect! Communication was clear and prompt, the property was immaculate and comfortable and the location was ideal. The owner provided numerous suggestion on things to see and do, along with places to eat. One block over from downtown shops and restaurants on the Main Street. The bus around town (and to the cruise/rail terminal) was also one street over.
Mom stayed in the bed and I stayed on the futon. Both were incredibly comfortable. If you are used to rural life, note that this is a ground level unit and you may hear people walking past on occasion. This did not bother me as it was not constant by any means.
I would highly recommend this rental! If I have the opportunity to return to Seward, I will not stay anywhere else.

Perfect location
Beautiful apartment. We could tell that it had been recently remodeled. It was clean and very cozy. With this being a new unit the owner might want to add some more kitchen gadgets. We needed a can opener and there was not one. We would definitely stay again.

This property is in the best location in Seward! Walking distance from just about everything - a block from the Seward sea life center, restaurants, walking trail, etc. Free parking right out front, too. Cute studio apartment with a comfy bed and futon. Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying here.
