The owners were very welcoming, very kind and helpful, amazing family. The location was excellent, next to the beach and the buss station. The room was clean, spatious, with everything you need. The breakfast was very good. Spiros is one of the best host we've ever met! Many thanks to Mr. Ianis, for his kindness! We recomend this place, it makes you feel at home! Super clean, lots of space and private. Amazing staff, very nice and helpful with everything! Good variety for breakfast, it was delicious!! Host provided transport option, recommendations and a lovely welcome gift. Right across from the beach and 2 min walk to the bus stop making it very easy to visit other parts of the island. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Location, cleanest and feeling of home

The appartment was beautiful, the location was excellent and the staff were incredible. We had a truly magnificent holiday because of the wonderful people and apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything, starting with the owners. They were very welcoming, and helpful. Our wellbeing and comfort being their first priority. As a family business they really made us fell taken care of. The room was super clean, very spacious, the jacuzzi and the sun beads on the terrace are a very nice touch for a relaxing evening away from the crowded island. The location is on the beach, and at a 2 minutes walk from the buss station, so it is very conveniently positioned for enjoying a sunny day at the beach or travel to visit other parts of the island. the gift-shop/mini-market shop on the premises is also super useful and very well stocked. I will recommend the premises to my friends and family and for out next stay in Santorini it’s going to be our first choice.

This place was AMAZING! It was exactly what we needed for 4 of us to have a relaxing holiday & have km’s of restaurants and bars at your finger tips! The room is cozy & has some cute little quaint furniture & we made use of the little pool every day. Best part is having THE BEST host- Spiros!! He absolutely made our stay. He looked after us like family. I can’t thank him enough for our stay. Loved the shower & being able to change our towels & that he provided towels for the beach right outside also. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults in a mountain view apartment and this was absolutely perfect. Spacious apartment, clean with beautiful fittings, lovely private patio area with jacuzzi, location was perfect being right on the beach, bars and restaurants close by and bus stop just a minutes walk. Spiros, the owner is a fantastic friendly host. He welcomed us himself and showed us around the apartment at 1am as our flight was late and left supper in the fridge. He owns the beach bar and sun beds too and saved us sun beds each day which were included, recommended places to visit and generally found time to chat and have drinks with us. The restaurant and shop next door are owned by Spiros’s family and again, excellent service, always with a smile. Spiros and his family went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. Thankyou, we hope to return one day ☀️

Nothing, just didn’t want to come home.

The location right on the beach is one thing but the owner, his family and staff are the real stars. We spent two full days just relaxing under the beach umbrellas and our private jacuzzi almost on the beach. Spiros made sure we were happy with everything and adjusted the jacuzzi water temperature twice until we were happy. He himself is the beach master of the umbrella area in front of his property. He walks around with his staff and makes sure everyone is happy, the place is clean and everything goes smoothly. From the lovely apartment, the restaurant, mini market and beach area you can see he has an eye for detail. I can honestly say this was our best Booking.com stay ever.

The location is brilliant, just on the seaside. Rooms are spacious and there was everything one could need on vacation. A jacuzzi on a terrace was such a good refreshment after a day,s heat. Spiros, a young intelligent man who owns the place, was extremely helpful and also fun to chat. He can recommend places to visit and make car rent or transfer arrangements. There is a family cafe nearby and I would recommend to try tuna salad and Greek omelette there. Food and refreshing drinks can also be served in the beach. We will definitely return some time to that place and for now we wish Spiros and his friendly family best of luck.

No complaints

Where do I start. Spiros contacted me the day before we arrived and offered to organise a transfer from the airport, which we took him up on. After I expressed an interest, he later helped organise a Quad Bike rental for my wife and I which was really quick and easy. Spiros and his family also own the adjacent 'Perivolos Market' which is essentially a convenience store and stocks everything you might need. They also own a bar/restaurant called Margarita which was really nice and where they give guests of Cyclops apartments a discount. There is then a beach opposite Margarita where there are sun loungers for guests. They have staff that come round and take drinks orders so you don't need to get up and leave the beach to order more drinks. The beach itself is really nice, its a more gritty black sand but that is characteristic of this side of Santorini. In terms of the room itself, it was very nice. It's quite plush, and has been kept immaculate. I in particular liked the giant stone sink. The shower controls took us a while to get our heads around but the shower is a nice big rain shower. The rooms are spacious and the AC worked well. The terrace at the back was a sun trap and the hot tub was great. Very spacious and worked well. It was actually quite cool which was a lifesaver after being out in the hot sun. All in all, we had a great stay. Spiros and his family were really nice people and it was clear from the very beginning that they would do whatever they could to make sure we had a great experience.

There's nothing that I didn't like about the accommodation. The only thing that I would say, and it's difficult to get your head around in terms of the size of the island, is about the location of the accommodation and where it is in relation to the rest of the island. Cyclops is on the side of the island with beaches and you don't need to walk up any steps or hills to get to the beach, you just roll out of the apartment and the water is there about 50m away. However, if you're planning on seeing the rest of Santorini I would recommend hiring a mode of transport from here as Oia is approximately 45mins away, and Fira is 20 mins away - there are buses too. That side of the island is all cliffs and there is a lot of walking involved to get where you need to go. We managed to get round most of the big tourist spots in 3 days.... and even shoehorned in some wine tasting.

A really lovely and well maintained set of only 4 apartments in an amazing location right on the edge of the beach. The apartments are owned by a great young guy, Spiros, who is a fantastic host! The property was only built just before Covid but has been tastefully decorated in a traditional style and is kept very clean on a daily basis by his auntie. The jacuzzi is also an amazing addition on the balcony! As well as the recent addition of the apartments, Spiros and his family run the shop next door (run by his Grandmother and his Sister), the beach cafe/restaurant Margarita (we would also recommend) which is open 9am-9pm next to that (run by his Mum, Spiros and their team) and they also offer beach service of food and drinks including beer and cocktails brought to their 36 sun-beds on the beach (run by Spiros and his lovely colleague Margarita). They really offer a one stop shop! The family and their team is what makes Cyclops really special. They couldn’t do enough for us and everything we had read in previous reviews (which is what prompted us to choose Cyclops) was all completely true! Spiros was also pleased to give us helpful advice about where we should visit on the island, eat dinner locally (lots of choice in either direction of the apartment) and even helped us with hiring a car and getting a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay.

Great location of the appartment just 50 meters from the seaside. The cleaness of the rooms was outstanding. Very comfy beds, toiletries in the room, fast wi-fi, great food in the nearby family restaurant, jacuzzi on the terrace and what was the most important, fantastic hosts. Thank you so much Spiros and the Family! I wish we stayed longer!

We enjoyed every moment we’ve spent here! The property is run by an extremely welcoming and friendly family which did everything for us to feel home! The food at their nearby restaurant is just perfect for every taste. We also had our reserved free sun beds in the first line which was very convenient for us. Thank you very much, Spiros and all your family, for everything you’ve done for us and not least for all the gifts you’ve all given to us!!

Spiros and his family are great people. The apartment is clean with high standard equipment and the food in his Margarita restaurant is very tasty. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. Everything was great premises, jacuzzi, proximity to the sea, food and great organization

The property is just few steps from the sea, with a very nice beach in front.We very much appreciated we had our sunchairs reserved for whenever we wanted to come to the beach, included in price and service from the bar or restaurant directly on the beach . Very spacious room, comfortable mattresses and pillows, nice decoration, terrace with jacuzzi, day bed and table where we could have breakfast. At the property there is a small restaurant with very fresh, tasty and good value for money food , we really enjoyed it.The area is quite, with a long sea promenade ending in Perissa, with lots of bars and restaurants choices. And beyond all these, the staff really made the difference. Such friendly owners, they really spoiled us and let us feel we are special:) We spent 2 weeks on the island and stayed in different places, but this one was by far the best. It is a perfect place to land for visiting the whole island and offers the best value for money.

Everything was perfect.

First of all, the location is perfect within 10 steps from the beach, with front row sun beds reserved for guests of the apartment. The apartment itself is very neat and clean, with a luxurious fitting and facilities as well as an amazing jacuzzi with beach view. We also found some warming drinks and coffee for the morning. Next to the suite there is a mini market and a family restaurant from the same owners with food at very reasonable prices. Finally the host Spiros and also his family are super friendly, welcoming and willing to help with anything. We will definitely be coming back and we would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, 5m from the beach. We travelled to almost all of the Santorini beaches and definitely feel Perivolos Beach and Cyclops' location specifically, is truly the best. We loved the terrace and the amazing sea view from the jacuzzi. You get free sun beds, and 10% off next door to the same family owned restaurant, Margarita, with great food, good snacks, smoothies, and coffee. Spiros and his family are great people, super friendly, the perfect hosts. Not a day passed without us being happily greeted by Spiros' dad, he certainly brightened every day. Spiros' mother also really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for the extra blankets, and all the kindness :) The apartments are spotless, spacious and have everything you would need. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again! This place absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
