This is a lovely condo in a quiet building, just steps to your own personal fishing and crabbing spot. My husband was in heaven! He truly did not want to leave and wants to stay 2 weeks next year. Condo is stocked and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. This place is 5 stars.

We had a great time! Condo was clean, beds are comfortable, shower was hot and the view was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen made meals at home easy! I brought my own sheets and towels but they are provided which is nice when trying to pack light. Dawn was very responsive with any questions. I hope to stay again!

We have happily rented here before! My one complaint would be the cleaning. Everything was surface cleaned. From the time we arrived, we kept coughing & coughing. When we left the condo for a good part of the day, our coughing subsided. When we returned, it would start up all over again. Possibly something they used to clean, or possibly sprayed to preveny bugs. The full bath shower liner was a bit nasty, and we had to scrub that tub. (My suggestion, since there is an outer shower curtain, plus the liner...why not go to the dollar store and purchase the $1 liners. This way the inside liner could be thrown out after each rental.) No one want's to see a nasty looking liner when going to get a shower. The people who live in and own the condos are very friendly. The area is peaceful & quiet. Wonderful place for the laid back people who want to enjoy the sunset & sunrises from the patio, or boardwalk. I appreciate that it is not a loud partying place! Viewing location is PERFECT!!

As I knew it would be! Spectacular views all day, everyday! Sunrise and sunset are beyond words! Property kept well, and decorated nicely! Rocking chairs on the patio delightful! Everything is close by. Do as much or as little as you would like. 10+ for this property and the owners!

Can’t beat the location if you love the bay! Neighbors were very nice and location was great!

This condo was all about the view—a beautiful, sweeping vista of the sparkling bay from both the main living space and the master bedroom. Layout-wise, the furnishings maximized the space—with room for a full-sized kitchen table that didn't seem cramped at all. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and we were glad to have towels on-site—one less thing to pack from home! (One recommendation would be to store cleaning supplies in the linen closet, rather than bedroom closets.)

Condo is absolutely beautiful, and the deck with private boardwalk made for many memories!! Didn't have alot of luck fishing, in fact all we caught was a horseshoe crab! It was still an amazing experience, will definitely be back!

We invited my husband's sister and her husband to visit Ocean City Md and we chose this condo because it was on the bay and we loved it! It was in a beautiful location, it was very clean, and It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked.. Thank You so much !*** The only issue was once we got the key out of the lock box we had difficulty getting the lock box open to return the key,,but There were 2 additional keys in the condo so that was great. If you are thinking of coming here...just book it now.. You will be happy you did. Very comfortable beds and furniture,, More spacious then it looks in the photos. Thanks for a great vacation🏖�

If you like a great view of the "assawoman" bay- like to crab- and eat at some great restaurants north ocean city- this little condo is for you. Not to mention free parking on ocean side when you want to hit the beach. Condo location is great! On the first floor and the very first one you come to once you walk up the steps to main landing. Nice King size bed in Master Bedroom- and another double bed in second room. The deck patio is the best view of the bay- great to drink your morning coffee. Very close to many of the great restaurants in North ocean city. Would recommend the place - little dated but in really nice condition - I will come back for sure in the future. Property owner very good on communication - check in piece of cake.

This property has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The owners did not miss anything including beach toys and fishing gear. It’s clean, convenient and the sunsets never disappoint. Would definitely recommend for family vacations.

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. The view of the bay was great and proximity to everything was perfect. Just far enough away from the boardwalk area commotion but we could get there or anywhere quickly. Also, beach access at 94th street was easy and convenient.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family really enjoyed being on the bay and crabbing each day. The first floor unit made it easy to walk right on to the waterfront deck to crab and fish. Thank you!

We had a great time staying in this clean condo that was convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The sunsets were really brilliant and we walked around the corner to view fireworks.

Renting this property was very easy and it was very clean. Would recommend it to others
