Dieses Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern liegt nur 2 Häuserblocks vom Rehoboth Beach und der Promenade UND 2 Häuserblocks von der Hauptstraße mit Restaurants, Cafés, vielen einzigartigen Geschäften und mehreren Galerien entfernt. Diese wunderschön angelegte Unterkunft befindet sich zwischen der Philadephia Street und der Delaware Avenue und verfügt über 2 Terrassenbereiche im Freien. Der Terrassenbereich an der Westseite des Hauses verfügt über einen Whirlpool, einen Gasgrill und einen großen Esstisch aus Teakholz. Es ist wunderschön mit Bäumen für die Privatsphäre gesäumt. Die Terrasse an der Ostseite verfügt über einen Esstisch aus Teakholz mit 4 Sitzplätzen und mehrere zusätzliche Stühle. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche, die mit einem kleinen Cottage an der Ecke des Grundstücks geteilt wird. Parkplätze für 2 Autos und 2 Parkausweise für Rehoboth Beach sind für unsere Saisongäste verfügbar. Mit geschlossener Veranda an 2 Seiten des Hauses ist das Haus vom Parkplatz aus leicht zu erreichen. Betreten Sie einen der 2 Wohnbereiche mit Flatscreen-TV und Holzkamin. Bis zu 2 Stufen zu einem weiteren Wohn- und Essbereich, der im Sommer 2012 renoviert wurde. Dieses Haus verfügt auch über ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Queensize-Bett, Kabel-TV und einem Vollbad mit Granit- und Glasdusche. Die Küche bietet viel Ablagefläche, Elektroherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Kabel-TV und Platz für 4 Personen am Frühstückstisch.
Die zweite Etage verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. 2 der Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett, ideal für Kinder. Zwei Schlafzimmer verfügen über Queen-Size-Betten und die beiden Master-Schlafzimmer am Ende des Flurs haben King-Size-Betten und private, frisch renovierte Bäder. Eines der Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Gewölbedecken, einen schönen Kamin und eine Terrasse für 4 bis 5 Personen.
Die zweite Etage verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. 2 der Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett, ideal für Kinder. Week with family. Wonderful and memorable

We had a great stay at Rehobeth. David’s home was perfect for us. The location is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the main part of town. We loved having two patios and had all of our dinners outside at the larger table. The kitchen is well stocked. Some of the bathrooms were just remodeled.
The house accommodated our group well, with some rooms further away from the main spaces downstairs. Our youngest guests easily took their naps in the quiet away from the others.
There were a few small quirks we experienced that are normal house things— such as the upstairs AC (the house has 2 thermostats!) needed us to throw the breakers switch in the basement to get it running (we started the week with cool weather and the heat on and ended it with hot weather and AC) and one of the fridge’s ice makers didn’t work (the house has 2 fridges! But there is an ice maker in the basement.). But David was super super responsive, kind, and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

Great stay at this house just two blocks from the beach. Everything was as described and it is especially nice that there was a large dining table with seating for 12–often homes that sleep that many still don’t have a large dining area so we really enjoyed that. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and two refrigerators! It would be nice if sheets and towels were provided—we flew in from multiple cities and it is a pain to have to bring your own linens. Also, other than two boogie boards, there were no beach goodies—a few chairs at least and maybe a couple of pails and shovels would be a big upgrade at little cost. Overall we loved the house and would stay again.

Great location; walking distance to shopping, dining, and the boardwalk. Property has a great mix of indoor & outdoor gathering spots. Plenty of indoor space for groups gatheing at one time.

The house was perfect for us, 6 adults and 2 teens. The 6 bedrooms allowed everyone his/her own space. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable.
The downstairs is the best with two sitting rooms with the most comfortable sofas. The kitchen is well equipped.
The location couldn’t be better being close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants
One funny experience—after a long drive we all arrived at the house got in and headed for the bathrooms. Alas, no toilet paper at all in any bathroom. Thankfully someone had tissues in car. House doesn’t supply such things to get started. So come prepared.
As you need to supply your own sheets and towels and can’t bring your own, there are rental companies
Check in was easy and the manager always responded quickly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this house.

We had a great family trip to Rehoboth! The location of this house can’t be beat, with a short walk to the beach and Funland. The layout of the rooms and lots of common/living room space was helpful, as well as the sunroom/wraparound porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful week!

This property is in an excellent location, just a block away from the beach/boardwalk and steps away from some of the best restaurants in Rehoboth Beach. This is a great house for families with children as well as the Funland amusement park is on the same street just a block away. This property also has a great back patio which is a great area to unwind with a cocktail after a long day at the beach.

The home is literally a stone's throw from the main street in Rehoboth Beach. And it's at most a 5 minute walk to the beach if you're a leisurely stroller. It has all the amenities you would ever need, and there's plenty of lounging space. Very important to me are the beds, which are very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

This was our 5th stay at this property for Thanksgiving. It is perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor patios are an awesome bonus.

We were a group of 8 ladies who met outside regularly during COVID and continue meeting today at the playground of a local school (Jones Elementary) in Annapolis. Last year, we gathered at a rental property at Deep Creek in MD, but we wanted to try the beach this year. Several have been to Rehoboth and recommended it.

Vrbo listing said three days n site parking places. There were only 2. One had been given to someone else. Not cool. Master bedroom shower leaked. Had to not use it for a day or two until fixed.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely well maintained home. Kitchen was well stocked with great glassware. Great spaces for both our whole group of 11 and for breaking into smaller groups. Best of all, all this just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Great communication with David!

Great stay and house
Property was amazing and had tons of amenities, space and was close to all we wanted to do during the extended stay. Our host was very accommodating, friendly and quick to answer any and all questions we had. Already talking amongst ourselves about staying here agin next year.

The location was perfect. We were 2 blocks from the beach and a block away from town. We were a group of 10 friends that are all in our 30s, so we loved that we could easily get to the beach as well as easily getting into town to go to the restaurants and bars.
David was a very kind and communicative host. He was responsive to any questions that we had and was very nice when we got to meet him. Check in and check out were a breeze. He even graciously offered us a late check out so we can sneak in one more trip to the beach when there was no one else checking in on the day that we left!
The house itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There was plenty of space for us to cook and enjoy dinners together, the bedrooms were spacious, and everything was bright with a lot of natural light. There were multiple different outdoor areas in order to enjoy the weather as well.
The one area that I want to point out is that some groups might not feel that there is enough privacy for the hot tub. Anyone that is walking down Bayard toward town or up Philadelphia away from the beach will have a pretty good view at your group (anyone going on other roads in other directions will have their views of the hot tub blocked). We are not a group of shy people, so this wasn't a problem for us, but I just wanted to mention it for anyone that might be more modest.
Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay and are already considering this house for our trip next year! I would highly recommend it.

Great house!
This property was plenty spacious for our family of 14. From the two living rooms to the wrap around porch to the outside spaces, there was lots of room for us to spread out. The teens especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Although located on a somewhat busy corner, the location couldn't have been more convenient. We parked our car and were able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the many shops and restaurants on and around Rehoboth Avenue. David, our host, was wonderful and very responsive. He quickly got back to us and answered any questions we had. There was a minor problem with the hot tub and David had it taken care of in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
