Chip and Kathleen truly care about their property and the guests that stay at their home. It was spotless, the property immaculate and their attention to detail not lost on us. We stay at many VRBO properties and this one is at the top of our list. The owners reached out to us to make sure everything was OK. We had one question which was answered very quickly. We hope to stay here upon our return to Southbend!

The house was very clean! The host provided snacks and bottled water even left for pizza in the freezer. I was very satisfied with my two days staying in his home. I would recommend a lot of people for this house.

We really appreciated the oatmeal packets as we didn’t have it in us to walk (or Uber) to a grocery store to buy breakfast food after walking 7 miles all over ND campus (as we toured the school for college decision time) — THANK YOU!!!

In a good safe neighborhood close enough to walk to Notre Dame. Adult son & his wife took bedroom with queen bed. I took one of the two twin beds in the other room. The one bathroom is pretty small, but we managed to make it work. Large dining area. Kitchen has most anything you'd need to eat in, except a dishwasher (i became the designated "dishwasher"). Appreciated the water bottles, coffee and snacks. Would book again.

Great little gem of a house with a lovely backyard! Nicely decorated,very clean and wonderfully organized! Especially appreciated was the step by step directions on how to work the TV and the delicious ground coffee that was provided for us to use!

Perfect spot for a weekend stay in South Bend to visit our college sons. Close to campus, clean, all the comforts of a home, all the conveniences of a hotel. I can to visit my son who is in college here. I had planned to stay 5 days but had to extend my stay for 3 days due weather issues. Chip was so kind and accommodating. This home is wonderful! Any little thing you didn’t remember they have in this home. There is also snacks, coffee, creamer and the home is very comfortable. Will stay again when coming to visit again!

My family and I stayed the night while on a long road trip and wished we could have stayed longer! The house is so nicely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and we were within easy distance of good restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the property!

This little house fit every one of our needs perfectly. It is very clean and in a quiet suburban neighborhood near N.D. campus. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We cook, and use the kitchen and found every item we needed easily. Our stay was in the summer and the back patio has a dining table that allowed us to watch birds in the trees that surround the back yard. The only negative is very insignificant to us but the TV connection relies on the internet router and the download speeds caused too many interruptions to make watching TV worth the trouble. This was not an issue for us because we just went out back and watched the birds instead. This little house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

The property was spotless! The driveway, sidewalk and porch were shoveled. The house was warm and inviting. I needed to add two days in the middle of my stay and Chip quickly got back with me to approve. I will for sure use Chip and his properties for all of my stays in South Bend!

Little confusion on access and timing/responsiveness but was quickly cleared up. Musty smell in home would benefit from dehumidifier Place looked great and master was cute snd comfy. Twin beds not comfortable but maybe for little kids would be fine
