Very roomy! Very Clean! Ease of arrival! WiFi was great! Pool area w/ bar was awesome, also had a very nice game room at pool area! Location to Convention Center was super! Close to grocery store was a plus. Close to theme parks! King size beds. Gated. Very helpful on phone if I had any questions.

Washer & Dryer not very good. Dryer hose too long. Toilet stuck, Noise from upstairs . Kitchen light made a buzzing noise. No instructions on how to use TV remotes. Amenities were very cheap, especially shampoo and dish soap.

I would like to receive all informations in one single email, I was receiving to many information and it was confusing. I think I didn't get the gate code at the same time than the apartment code, so check-in was difficult

the master bed was broken when we got there, but they attempted to charge me. I message them about the bed within the first 24 hours that I was there, but no one responded back until after I checked out and stated that the charges were on me. Now they haven’t charged me yet, but who knows what may happen a few months down the line with these companies. But overall it was one of the best experiences I’ve had

location good and pool good. Rentals should be unbiased for clientele. - god quotes on walls not really suitable. I think the carpets were fairly new which was good. No safe in room and they were chips out if the kitchen tiles.. Would I stay again? No.. Sleep and management support when needed, lacked.. The bin chest putstde the door was dirty and needed a wash out and sink drainer had mould in it...

When we first arrived at the apartment, it had been dressed lovely and was spacious we had been travelling for 17 hrs so was happy to be in our rental. We arrived at night.. So went straight to bed. When waking in the morning, you noticed how tired the decor was and all a bit grubby... Was a great area for getting to the parks. Apartment was dark and you needed to have lights on all day, which is not great. Decor very circa 90's The pool and jacuzzi were good. Huge issue with sleep, as people above us were thumping around/slamming doors *except between 12 and 5.. So sleep was impossible after these hrs, after nearly a week I contacted the management asking them to help, or move us.. Was told to contact security or the police twice. What actually were they going to do!? .I had told management that my mobile was not working, so couldn't call but this was disregarded. In the end I turned up at the neighbours door at 5.30 to ask them to keep the noise down. (not great in a country were guns are carried) however at this point I was at the end of my tether and sleep deprived. Towels are provided and laundry room was useful.. Furniture was old and marked and the cooker markings were rubbed off. We stayed for 2 weeks and I feel we should have had a clean once, you don't expect to go on holiday and have to wash your own sheets when you have paid 2200 1 t towel provided with holes in.. And dining table chairs were too low for the table.. I used my own fleece blanket to sit on the sofa.. The spectrum TV box was not working when we arrived, Which I reported by email and was fixed quickly however 2 days later it broke down again so didn't bother to call them our again as we used our Netflix account. No cleaning products provided except 3 dishwasher tablets and a mini washing up liquid and tide detergent for 1 wash. All the pictures, yes all were not straight so went ound adjusting them all as was annoying and the religious quotes were not to my taste...

The whole apartment and the area was very nice. The apartment is huge and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I like a lot and definitely will recommend and return when I have the chance.

The only thing you can improve is the mattress of the bed. They are already old and they are not so comfy.

When i walked in...my first words were, "Wow, i didnt expect this " clean property, fun activities, clean resort space, huge space, neat, kids had good time, nice facilities, game room, everyone had their own room, it was actually home away from home. The price was worth it & we will stay here! The staff was friendly and addressed concern I had immediately.

Upon arrival, there was ants in one of the rooms but it was addressed
