The room was nice, room lay out efficient and we liked it a lot. The pools in the MGV were fine, for more athletic needs of curse not. The facilities were clean and everything looked well maintained!

When we arrived in our room, the connecting door to next door room was open! I guess the cleaning staff had not checked this. The neighbouring room was not cleaned and we wondered a little bit what is the name of the game...

Landscaping was maintained very well. Pool was very clean and heated. Room and housekeeping was clean and maintained.

Really loved this resort. After reading reviews for so many hotels and there being so many negative ones for seemingly every resort or hotel I was really worried about what our experience might be like but I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The resort is lovely and super clean, staff we encountered were very friendly. We were only asked once if we wanted to attend a presentation (so they could sell us a timeshare) and weren’t badgered like I thought we would be. The room was so much bigger and nicer than I expected! It was impeccably clean and was serviced every other day. The pillows were INSANELY comfy! I asked for a room in a quieter part of the resort above ground floor and that’s exactly what we got, it was so nice looking out onto the golf course.

My only complaint is that we happened to be there during hurricane Milton and we received no communication from the hotel on what to do for its impending arrival. My husband went to ask at the front desk and they just gave him a print out and said don’t park your car under a tree… the entire car park is lined with trees so this was difficult. I think they are forgetting most tourists are not used to this kind of weather so we were fairly apprehensive. However I will say the clean up operation after the hurricane was impressive and the coffee/breakfast place on site was back up and running the following morning.

It was spacious. We had to evacuate Pasco county. We have a 48 year old daughter that is mentally and physically challenged. She uses a walker and she has a wheelchair, she had plenty of room to navigate including the bathroom. I loved the screen room.

The screen room had a screening that was not attached. The shower was spacious but the curtain was way too short so you couldn't help but get the floor wet, also there was no vanity to put your clothes on and no place to hang your wet towels.

Todo horrible, arrendamos departamento para mi Familia 4 adultos y entregaron departamento para 2 personas( 2 vasos 2 platos etc. todo para 2 personas y cuando solicitamos los implementos que nos faltaban los dijeron que era lo que se había pagado por Booking. Ademas separe un departamento completo con Cocina y no tenia ademas el microonda malo todo fue muy malo. Ademas me cobraron por segunda vez los impuestos, que equivalía al mismo valor pagado por Booking, asi es que el alojamiento total fueron. U$800 que pague, y ademas adicional tuve que pagar U$771 dolares. realmente fue una estafa para nunca mas separar con ellos. Ademas me retire un dia antes ya que por tan mal servicios no pudimos seguir en el Lugar. muy decepcionado de la mala atencion..

Good selection of pools, plenty of sun beds, decent gym facilities and if your a golfer this is the ideal resort

Unfortunately for my family we were a bit of a walk from the reception area where the main pool, gym and most facilities were, it is a large resort probably due to its popularity and it being a golf resort.

Our room was close to elevator. Every time it went up or down very noisy. Also next to cleaners cupboard, so noisy in morning, maids very noisy then cheeky when challenged

Great location in Orlando with views over the lake. Facilities were excellent and easy to navigate with the map given at check in. We had a late flight on the day of check out. The resort welcomed us to stay for the day, enjoying the pool and coffee shop before using the golf club’s shower facilities before our journey home.

The pool area was amazing. We went to the main pool almost everyday. We only discovered the other pool our last night which was fun.

Excelente custo beneficio. Quartos amplos e com todas estrutura necessária para famílias com crianças. Estacionamento gratuito, piscinas grandes, mini mercado completo, academia, quadras de tênis e etc. Ou seja, estrutura completa.

O serviço de limpeza só veio 2 dias no quarto em toda minha estadia.

Room was dirty and in bad condition. Vacation club is a bad choice where it was not clear during my booking where there were no housekeeping services and you have to carry your luggage to the top floors

Beautiful grounds, lots of activities, comfortable and spacious Villa suite, multiple pool areas, restaurants on site, convenient location.

Multiple attempts (at check in and again at checkout) to get you to agree to make appointments to sit for a presentation about their properties/time shares.

Großzügiges Zimmer mit Pantryküche, großem Badezimmer, zentral in Orlando gelegen. Viele Annehmlichkeiten direkt auf dem Gelände. Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, Pools, Golfplatz etc.

Abends wird es schwer, einen Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände zu finden, zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür. Dadurch war es recht hellhörig.

Kitchenette wasn’t great, no kettle as no hob so went out & bout an electric kettle, not enough towels. Pool area was too busy & not enough sunbeds.
