This Hotel is a Gem! In a great location, close to the airport and right next to the creek. Walking distance to the Burjaman centre and the metro, gets you downtown in 10 mins - Special mention goes to Keisha, Chef and her team - so accommodating - Breakfast has a great choice - eggs menu, breads, pastries, fruits, juices and coffees. Evening buffet is also great value - Pool area is quiet with amazing views to downtown!

Perhaps a free shuttle bus to the beach would be beneficial - just a suggestion for those guests who like the beach.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid en geweldig. Locatie was perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped. Pool and rooftop bar was lovely . Pretty close to airport which was our purpose.

Perfect location next to Dubai old city and the creek. Lovely infinity pool with pool bar, spacious room with room for an extra bed. Water, tea and coffee free of charge in the room. Comfy beds, pillows and duvets. Silent air condition. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only things we missed was a writingdesk and a thing to put your suitcase on. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Dubai in the future.

Hotel très bien situé et très recent. Parking gratuit avec service valet. Chambre très fonctionnelle et jolie. Terrasse très belle avec piscine et service bar. Petit dej copieux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour Dubai.

Hotel was very nice and modern. Also in great location. Many restaurants available near to the hotel. My booking was promoted and they did nice romantic Surprised for me and my wife. I appreciate it for that.

Property is walking distance from Restraunts along the Dubai Creek, a kilometre from BurJuman mall and the metro station.

The hotel menu was a bit limited for me, I would have liked to see at least a steak on the menu with a side.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla Creekin rannalla, jossa on mukava käveleskellä iltaisin. Rauhallinen ja kaunis alue. Pienehkö hotelli, kivasti sisustettu. Kattoterassi erityisen viihtyisä ja siisti. Siellä oli baari ja myös uima-allas, joka oli kuitenkin hieman liian matala uimiseen. Terassilla oli mukava viettää aikaa esim. iltaisin. Aamiainen kohtalainen, munakkaat hyviä. Munakkaiden paistaja oli todella ystävällinen ja mukava.

Meillä oli puolihoito, joka ei ollut hintansa arvoinen. Päivällisen sai valita aika suppealta listalta. Aamiaisella tarjottavat loppuivat usein kesken ja täyttö sujui hitaasti. Aamiainen oli joka päivä sama. Olisin toivonut, että esim. juustolaatuja olisi hieman vaihdeltu. Huone oli yöllä todella lämmin, ilmastointia ei voinut säätää. Hotelli on hieman sivussa ja taksin saaminen kesti välillä aika kauan. Henkilökunta kyllä auttoi siinä mahdollisuuksien mukaan.

On a positive note, I must mention that the breakfast offered was quite enjoyable. The staff in the breakfast area were attentive and provided good service.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I feel it's important to share my experience. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, it became evident that this rating did not accurately reflect the overall quality of my stay. The room I was provided with was disappointing. The bed cover was not clean; has blod; which was quite off-putting. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any hotel room, and this aspect fell short of my expectations. The front staff did not meet my expectations either. They were unhelpful, often failing to provide adequate assistance. Communication was also an issue as they would speak with me, & doing other task in the PC Waiting for more than additional 15 minutes for the hotel to bring my car was another frustrating experience. Efficient and timely service is crucial for a comfortable stay, and this aspect was certainly lacking. BTW I was infomrd them by an houre in advince am that I need my car at that time; but they miss to arrange it. One staff member, His Name Mohammed Jamal, left a particularly negative impression. His attitude was far from accommodating, and he openly stated that he was proud of the hotel's lackluster performance. After I told him I will report the hotel & him.

The room and hotel were cold despite the weather hotness at the summer time and it was so excellent . The bathroom was clean . I liked it overall .

I asked for iron and ironing board two times , but no one helps me ! 🤔

Staff was very helpful and breakfast buffet and omelette bar was very good for a hotel type meal.Also very close to the US consulte if you are traveling from Abu Dhabi and want to spend the day there before heading to your appointment.
