Attentive friendly staff in all depts: goodlocation for city landmark visits..tourist hopon bus.monorail.just to explore...breakfast was good variety .but more gearedd for Asian marke.but was passable.t

The room I had was adjacent to elevator shaft .and was very noisy .apart from that I just lived with it..I think the way hotel designed all rooms close to shaft would suffer

Loved the Location. 15 seconds to Lot10 and 30 seconds to subway and 30 seconds to Sungei Wang. No Smoking building.

Mattress was HARD and swimming pool area had blood sucking bugs. Something bitten me 5 times in 10 seconds. I had swollen and itchy arm.

The location is just amazing, with so much to do and see within walking distance. If you need to go somewhere farther away, the monorail station is a couple minutes away, or just a block from the subway station, to connect you with the really nice public transportation system, including the airport, if needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was really easy and fast. Amenities were provided and they're very useful and helpful. Comfortable pillows. The elevators are fast.

The carpet floor was somewhat dirty, walking barefoot on it gave me a weird feeling like walking in a greasy and sticky surface, not pleasant at all. The view from room 1313 is terrible, just windows from the building next-door, if you're looking for a good view of the city, ask for rooms facing the streets. The mini-fridge is located inside the cabinet, keeping the cabinet door closed will make it overheat and consequently keep the fridge kinda warm inside, if you're planning on using the fridge, open the cabinet as soon as you enter the room and leave it open until check-out. The shower drain wasn't clogged, but was so slow draining that is feels like clogged. The bed was worn-out and needs a replacement for sure, could feel and see the springs, you might need a massage after sleeping there. Tv wasn't smart and some channels are kinda blurry. Wi-fi is very slow but at least was available anywhere I went inside the hotel. Needs remodel, feels like the place has 10 to 15 years since the last remodel.

Location is very comfortable. Everything in walking distance. All the good restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast was good. Though need more verities. Everyday same item kind of boring.

Starting to age somewhat where a soft refurb upgrade, including well worn carpets, would assist in putting the shine back into what has become a fading venue. Having stayed here many times over the years, the only change made has been to the price!

location as its an easy walk to all and sundry within Bukit Bintang and further afield. Front Office staff require English tutorials and a refocused attitude as guest interactions skills are poor. Concierge personnel are not very guest focused, opting to look the other way or depart the scene when approached.

Very good buffet breakfast. Hotel is very near to Pavilion mall. Location is very good for Grab and Uber.

I didn't like the fact that there was no Free Parking fpr guests with vehicles.
