Air conditioning was good. Cold and nice 🙂

1) The restroom door was broken. 2) There was plenty of cockroaches. 3) TV box wasn’t working well, very laggy. 4) Bathroom shower was kind of bad. 5) Bed and Bedsheets are dirty. Kinda work on the cleanliness of the whole apartment.

The place is not properly cleaned and there is unpleasant smell once i enter the room The owner ask us to pay for a deposit but we can't find anywhere in our booking confirmation on the deposit.

Very unethical marketing of business. Showed us photos of luxury apartment and gave us a broken apartment. Leaking from ceiling. Beds creaking. Dusty and unclean

it’s poorly maintained. we were given a different apartment from what we booked - supposedly an ‘upgrade’ from a 2-bedroom to a 4-bedroom apartment. the 4-bedroom was : - poorly maintained, - chairs had wobbly legs which if one is not careful, we will risk hurting ourselves. - bedsheets are not clean, one of the beds had a fresh blood stain - rubbish from the previous occupants were not cleared. - whole apartment smelled very bad with stale smoke - washing machine & fridge are not usable - floor is dirty so had to use slippers inside. - broken tiles in one bathroom with a part of the ceiling that looked like it will collapse anytime. So we asked to move to another apartment based on our original booking - 2-bedrooms: - a much improvement of the 4-bedder (I wonder why we were not given this before) - however, no towels or toilet rolls provided - fridge is ok but washing machine is unusable - stale smoke smell exists - bedsheets don’t feel clean

Nice room, spacious apartment, can use microwave etc, everything is good. But a bit uncomfortable with the check-in. We are so confius on how to check in and parking space but luckily the staff is very helpful. Anyway it was a very good room we can get with that price 🥰
