Clean, close to Venice and the airport.

The airport is only 8 minutes away from the property but you feel like you are far away. Very minimal noise from planes. The grounds of the property are simply beautiful with tons of greenery, plant covered carports, very cute sheep, donkeys and peacocks in the back area. The grounds were nice to walk around. The breakfast room had indoor and outdoor seating. The breakfast had a good selection including "eggs made to order." Staff were very nice. There's a very nice greenhouse to sit in (a bit too hot when the temperature is high) and also another sitting area in a room next to the breakfast room where you are surrounded by large plants and a comfy couch. There is air conditioning in the rooms which was definitely needed in August when we were there. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Also, if you have a car, getting to Venice or other sites was fairly close by. They also have bus passes available for purchase at the front desk and the bus is within 5 minutes walking distance from property.

Breakfast was from 8Am-10Am. It would be helpful if the breakfast began earlier, especially if you have an earlier flight out of Marco Polo Airport. Also, we wanted to have breakfast on the beautiful outside patio but there were many bees as soon as you put your plate with food down on the table. An easy fix would be installing fans so the wind from the fan would keep the bees away. Very limited (and not so good) selection of restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance of the property.

Welcoming reception staff, Great Location, just 2 min from the airport by car/bus. 1 min walk for line 5 bus which leads to Venice

Maybe just a coffee machine and/or microwave in the room was missing from me (although coffee was available in the breakfast)

great location, Close to the airport less than 10 minutes, close to parking go were you drop the rental car also close to gas station all of that within 6min walking, also, the bus station 2 minute walking , also the provid bus ticket to Venice & the can arrange shuttle to drop you at the airport with an extra charge 4 peoples €28.

Poor Wi-Fi, the shuttle drop you at the parking slot so you’have to walk with your all luggage to the terminal 🥹(cause he has another customer requested him at the parking slot😡)high value with less convenient .

Chambre minimaliste, aucun cachet. Lits inconfortable. Pas de climatisation. Prix élevé.
