منتجع جميل للاستجمام مع مساحه خضراء كبيرة للمشي واستنشاق هواء نقي ، وممارسة رياضات بحرية وغيرها من الرياضات. الغرفة كانت نظيفة وكبيرة مع اطلالة من البلكونه على المسبح والبحر .

بعد الموقع عن اي خدمات خارجية ولا يسمح بدخول الاطمعة من خارج المنتجع ولكن توجد مطاعم مختلفة في المنتجع.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The beach was pristine, the pools were inviting, and the breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The resort's restaurants offered fantastic dining experiences with diverse menus and top-notch service. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a memorable stay. We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend this resort to others seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The only minor drawback was the wait time for the buggy service. After requesting a buggy through the operator, we occasionally had to wait up to 40 minutes for it to arrive. While this was a bit inconvenient, it didn't overshadow our overall experience.

The waiting for transportation Valet car Buggy car to take you from the room to facilities it takes more than 10 minutes to come to your room So it kinda bothered my stay instead of two nights I checked out early as a day instead of two so I hope they improve by then..

Overall the resort caters for all age of residents (kids got their fun at Splash and small pool, adults are pampered with deeper pools) and food also great.

Only when we checked in, we were told that outside food cannot be ordered and delivered to our room. So why this policy when there are so many Food Delivery options in UAE. The promote their own dine-in options (very limited for a 4 night stay as kids had only 1 pizza variety (non-beef) and chicken nuggets/burger). Price is not matching food expectation. We could not go out to visit their other restaurents as the kid after splash activities, take a bath and go to bed after some food.

كثرة المسابح وتعددها رائعة

تعامل الاستقبال وحل المشاكل غير جيد خدمة الغرف غير متوفرة حتى بعد الاتصال عدة مرات تكييف الغرفه كان سيء عدم توفر مطاعم تناسب الجميع ولا يتوفر طعام بالقرب من مناطق السباحه

لم أستمتع بالعشاء ولا الافطار لأنني أضططرت إلى الذهاب لفندق ثاني للعشاء وااتاخير في توفير الحافلة للذهاب إليه

في بداية الامر الاستقبال كان جيد ولكن التاخير في توفير السيارة الصغيرة الخاصة بالفندق للذهاب الى الغرفة تفقدنا الغرفة والاطفال تم ملاحظتهم لبعض الحشرات الصغيرة الموجودة في الغرفة . وعندي صور للحشرات. وادخلت الاطفال لنادي الاطفال فترة قصيرة قبل الذهاب الى حوض السباحة مع الاطفال وعند الانتهاء في تمام الساعة والنصف مساء أردنا الرجوع الى الغرفة تم التأخير علينا أكثر من 45 دقيقة وحل المساء وكنا جهة الالعاب المائية الخاصة بالفندق ونحن هناك علماً بان بعض السيارات الخاصة بالفندق تمر ولكنها لا تتوقف اخيراً قمنا بالرجوع الى الغرفة والاستعداد للذهاب للعشاء والتاخير علينا مما أظضطرنا الى الانتظار وبعد رجوعنا إلى الغرفة بعد تناول العشاء تقريباً الساعة 10ك30 مساءاً ووجدنا ان الحشرات قد زادت في الغرفة وماذا عساي أفعل قمت بتنظيف الحشرات والاطفال كانوا تعابانين من طول اليوم الذي ضاع بعض الوقت في الانتظار للسيارات الصغيرة ...

I didn’t like the staff how they are talking to the gusts and with hotel in room gust they are talking to the gust with bad attitude and disrespect to the gust

Sehr gepflegte Anlage im Bereich der Tamr Terrace / Tamr Pool und angenehm ruhig.

Die anderen Bereiche waren leider nicht sonderlich schön und total überlaufen, sodass wir uns hier nur ungern aufgehalten haben. Das Hotel ist ca. 45 Min. von der Dubai City entfernt.

Service is really bad. Horrible. Concierge service lacks knowledge and skills. Check in experience was bad. I was called the room is ready, I went to pick the key, half way walking to the room they stopped me cuz the room was changed I went back to the front desk why they didn't inform. They said room number is on the card. I never received the card only the key. Extremly rude behavior. Bathroom was a leakage and floor was full of water. Housekeeping took 1h to bring an iron machine. Check out bad as well. Bar without ice and without bucket. I'm not going back to this hotel. More expensive than JA Beach and less service.

It was really big and quiet hotel. Nice nature with birds, fishes and cats 😄 kids liked it. Many pools at 3 hotels. Stayed at Residence, so we had a butler to drive us around. Kids loved the splash pool. Nice beach and it was sooo quiet what is exeptional in Dubai. No construction noise or partys so perfect place for family vacation. Personell was really nice and friendly. Pools were so hot. 30+ so kids were swimming all day. That was nice. Also we had a nice suprise for our birthday boy 😊 at Residence price we had a nice transfer with V- class mercedes from and to airport. It was very convenient.

We had all inclusive and paid 1000.- for night, and still we did not get our drinks and food from many places and had to walk to special bars. It is lacking little bit this 5* service. You have to find your pool towels. At Residence pool are great service but other bars you have to stand on line and wait for service. Workers are great, but I think they need some more 🙂At residence we had a late check out. We did it at 15:00 but we did not get to the room after 12. Offcoorse it was taken care after 20 minutes, but with small kids it felt like forever. We arrived first day at 23:00 so we did not use anything first day.

The resort is great. The staff is helpful especially "Bam" who helped us during the check in & out processess. In-room food service is very good.

The maitenance team are not responsive, I had to call the reception 4 times and spent 5 hours from 8 am to 1 pm waiting for them to fix a faulty electric switch. They fixed it at 1 pm, then reception directly started calling me to check-out after I wasted 5 hours waiting for them. This was the only bad experience I had in that resort. Other than this, I enjoyed my stay.

Very well set up for kids / families.

The location was a bit surprising, with a view on an industrial estate / shipping harbour.

Le resort propose énormément d activités. Les restaurants à la carte sont vraiment top. Les enfants sont au paradis!

Resort facilities, beach, animals, restaurant choice location close to DWC airport and also possibility to fly to DXB or AUH airport.

The buffet restaurant was not as varied as in the past. unfortunately no mini disco for the kids anymore they used to enjoy this. the Watersports time for all inclusive guests could be extended especially if weather isn’t suitable for the morning slot for example.

Very nice clean, beautiful surroundings

Restaurant options are great, nice view, clean rooms, friendly personnel - we've got a free upgrade from garden to beach view, peacocks are all around the hotel area.

Duvet cover had paint stains, shower temperature is a nightmare - there is no way to get it right - either freezing or boiling hot, mattress is way too soft to my liking, the rates for the rooms unpleasantly increased in the last years, but I guess it's a common issue around the country. Also, on the phone we were advised that breakfast can be swapped for lunch (we are not morning people), however at the check-in we were told that only dinner can be swapped for lunch. It's quite inconvenient, so at least breakfast timing can be extended post 11am..

Every thing was awesome

There is some technical issues in Main door, Bathroom door and safety box, but the hotel manager treated that in professional way

Great facilities

The children's pull out beds were terrible and really noisy at the Palm Resort. The kids had a terrible night's sleep and the experience was lost. I didn't feel that my complaint was taken very seriously and upgrading my next experience wasn't a great compensation.

Palm tree court has a tropical resort feel. Quieter than the Beach Hotel. We had Beachfront suite which was lovely- beautiful Peacocks roaming free

The Palm Tree Court Reception is a little dated, could be doing with a refurb but it’s not desperate. The rooms and pool areas are lovely which is the main thing and the whole place is immaculately kept.

They spoiled my wife staycation. 1. Rooms are dirty, they do not keep good hygeine Their carpets are fool of dust/dirt, if you walk 10 min without slippers, your legs will be black. 2. Cigaret bud found in our balcony(on the floor) up on check-in, thats means housekeeping is not doing their job. 3. Ceramic Pepper mil, accidentally we crush one, and found instead of pepper inside, some mold/fungus, this was a last drop to leave hotel right away, this is not safe at all, and Prakash one of the FB managers there, tried to say, that this may be WE done it on purpose as we are not happy with a stay. We packed things and left the place right away. 4. Also same evening they put a note that 2am to 6am there would be no electricity, bz of Dewa doing some maintenance, how do you want to stay your guests without AC in the middle of summer?
