A cozy hotel in a quiet residential area with beautiful green. Staff are all very nice and professional. Breakfast is excellent. I felt at home and took a good rest after a long flight

Only the first day was a nightmare, since I didn’t have a phone connection as I just arrived in Austria in the evening. It was raining, and I had to carry my heavy suitcase and walk from the nearest underground station for my Check-in before 22:00, not knowing the way. (I even got off a wrong station with a similar name). No phone, no taxi arrangement (of course!)

The room was clean.

The furniture was old, and the radiator in the bathroom was rusty. The receptionist was very rude. The internet connection was really slow and we had to use the mobile internet

The room is spacious, clean, the area is quiet. Perfect location for business trips Attention - they don't have their own parking

The man at the reception, very rigid. He didn't have the patience to calmly explain the access to the room ... it was a more twisted hallway.

The taps, in the somewhat dated shower cubicle, were new and good Quality. The room and bathroom were clean the bed very stable and comfortable and a good size for 2. No squeaking of the bed or bouncing mattress when the other person moves so a good night sleep guaranteed. The room was a good size and it was quiet despite gale force winds outside. The windows are large and can be tilted to allow fresh air into the room and could also be fully opened. The hotel decor is dated and could be modernized but is possibly too costly! The Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly, makes a difference when you see people enjoying their job.

The carpet is tired and could do with an update. The bathroom a bit tiny and the shower a step up to get in not so good for Elderly or infirm but perhaps there is a room for disabled with a walk in shower! we didn’t ask.

It was nice to stay there.

The bath cabin is very small and narrow.

Clean, cozy place to stay. Very easy to reach any place in Vienna with public transport.

The hotel was quite noisy at night, with guests moving around corridors. The mattress in the room was very uncomfortable- obviously not changed in a while, because there was a hole in the middle. The rooms could use at least some tea or coffee, as well as the basic hygienic items (including a proper shower gel) as is expected for a four-star hotel.

Value for money. Pleasant staff, always ready to help. Quite, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Sometimes needed more light in the room.

Some staff members were very nice and accomodating, whereas some were not. The morning staff did try there best to accommodate my room the next day as early as possible which was amazing.

There was no hot/warm water for a shower or bath in the morning but in the evening it was fixed. The hotel is a bit run down especially for 90€ the night, too expensive for such an old run down hotel.

Very polite and friendly staff. The room was already warm when I arrived and the shower had good warm water flow. It was very clean and tidy.

I could hear a guy (probably the other room close to mine) speaking on the phone all the evening very clearly and nailing sound on the roof or wall as well… it was not a noise-proof room. I had to wear a pair of ear plugs to sleep without the guy’s talking on the phone.

Hairdryer worked very poor,almost didn't. Older guy from the staff wasn't very friendly on my check in, could be nicer. Would not repeat this stay.
