Front desk staff are professional and able to manage my request for a receipt in English. Great location and friendly service overall. My room was upgraded to a suite with the view of the Bird Nest because the room type I booked was not available. It was an exceptional stay!

Cleanliness was amazing compared to other hotels I stayed before, but some watermarks or obvious fingerprints on shiny surface in the bathroom area, which was acceptable to me.

The big window with the Sunset view and the long sofa beside the big window😍😍😍. The staff were also very Accomodating and Warm. The Breakfast was really awesome

Employees were very helpful and cheerful. Especially those at the lobby. The whole hotel presented a luxury and comfort feeling but rooms rate were quite reasonable. Location is convenient with access to subway and taxi and parks and entertainment were within walking distance.

Breakfast could have some more choices and more reasonable price, comparing to same level hotels worldwide. Also the entertainment inside the hotel was not meeting my expectation, comparing to other hotels in Beijing.

毗邻奥森冰场，水立方鸟巢，考古博物馆，带娃非常方便。酒店大门的先生们接客非常热情风趣，打扫客房的辛阿姨认真负责细心，主动帮忙借了加湿器。餐厅服务员也都很贴心，早餐中西结合，非常美味！还有煎饼果子！枕头被子都很舒适，睡眠体验很好！在宾馆落了东西及时联系我们，还提供到付邮寄。

staff are smiley and friendly. Rooms are big and generally clean, we got view of the stadium. Food from the lobby lounge is nice.. there is a small convenience shop and Starbucks just behind the hotel

staff are generally not customer service oriented, but they are friendly… bathtub must not have been cleansed for months? and it rinse down layer of oil… not recommended for non-chinese speaking customers as staff generally cannot understand English.
